MEX - Soles continue winning but this time on an international tournament

HOLANDA - Soles de Mexicali, who recently won the LNBP title, defeated the Astronaus 91-89 in a Christmas Tournament played in Holland.

Greg Lewis led with 24 points, DeJuan Wheat had 20 points and Richard Lopez 19.

Soles have a 1-0 record in this tournament.

HOLLAND - Soles de Mexicali ended fourth in the Haarlem Basketball Week after falling to Amsterdam 92-84.

Soles won the first quarter 20-17 but after the second quarter the Astronauts took control of the game.

Tamien Trent led the way with 30 points and 5 rebounds while Jamaal Brown had 15 points and 11 boards.

In a losing effort James Penny had 24 points and 11 rebounds while Horacio Llamas had only 11 points.

Greg Lewis from Soles was added in the first team of the tournament.

In the final EiffelTowers Den Bosch defeated Israel to win the championship.
