Carlos Cedeno?

Hello
Can anybody give me some opinions about him? Strentgh, weaknesses, best position (I've heard he is a 6'4 PG), anything?

Venezuelan guard Carlos Cedeno (194-G/F-85), member of Duros de Lara in the LNB and who played this year in the World Cup of Japan, will travel today to the United States, after being selected by the expansion team Bakersfield Jam, of the NBA Development League (D-League) in the eight round of the draft pick for the upcoming season, scheduled to start next November 24th.

Cedeno, a 21 year-old prospect, shared his position with Jesus Centeno (190-G-85) in Duros and did the same thing with Ernesto Mijares (190-G-76) during the World Cup, since the starting guard of the NT, Diego Guevara (184-G-77) had a shoulder surgery and could not make the trip. He averaged 9.1 points and 3.7 assists in the last LPB season with Guaiqueries de Margarita and averaged 3.2 points and 1.6 assists in Japan.

"I'm gonna make the most out of this opportunity and will demonstrate that my game has gotten more mature. I'm gonna give the best of me every time out there in the courts", said Cedeno to the press department of the Venezuelan Basketball Federation (FVB).

A few NBA teams had expressed interest in this young player, specially the Detroit Pistons, but his presence in the NBA draft pick was not successful and he had to wait for a new opportunity. Playing in the D-League will give him a chance to be selected during the season by any NBA team with injury problems.

His team will play in the West Conference with Albuquerque Thunderbirds, Anaheim Arsenal, Idaho Stampede, Los Angeles D-Fenders and Colorado 14ers, while in the East Conference the teams that are gonna see action are Arkansas Rim Rockers, Austin Toros, Dakota Wizards, Forth Worth Flyers, Sioux Falls Sky Force and Tulsa 66ers.
