DR edges Brazil in a tight game to take the second WC spot from that group, if Brazil had been up by two late would they have needed to score in their own basket to force overtime so they could win by more?

USA with an easy win over Argentina. Maybe more athletic DR and Canada teams will make it a little harder.

You guys saw the way brazil plays?

too much speed, too much 3 point shots, and just a little bit thinking...

we can't play this way anymore, our coaches need to step up, or we need to bring some european coaches to teach this kids how to play a basketball game.

All games commentators praise the biotype of the Brazilian player, the physical advantage, but it is not well used. We to improve our young basketball teams, perhaps more qualified coaches who can teach the game and fundamentals correctly for these kids.

          look this kid:

this physical biotype, like Kevin Durant... the potential. Dude has mobility, speed. But they don't teach the correct fundamentals to this guys.

USA with a dominating performance against Canada in the final, 113-79. Brooks and Gill-Caesar from Canada are big-time players though.

US showed a fine, highly productive team, with an excellent coach and three future champs in Johnson (MVP), Jones and Winslow.

Best surprise (to me) Dillon Brooks of CAN, a do-it-everything player, who also finished as the tournament's top scorer.

Well deserved third place for Dominican Republic, that will be back to the U19 World's since 1983.
