Guess nobody thought this game was going to be close. Poland looking good early. Defense to much for France so far.

Well, France struggles grandiosely so far. They very well can be the most up-and-down team so far in this chamionship.

Does it seem that FRA wants to avoid part of SPA draw?! :)

Wouldn't that be risky? Make them 2-2 with Slovenia to go. Maybe Slovenia though will not play hard since they are already 4-0.

Seraphin is dominating under the basket on both sides, and he completely changed the flow of the game.

I agree, risky one. But still it wouldn't be the first time for them to do such a thing.

It was almost like there was a disagreement over this matter in the French ranks itself with de Colo doing his best to loose on purpose but that was not enough to overcome Heurtel's resistance to such a scenario :D Most probably, this France is just that unstable. Though for the big part of the game Poland did a good job defensively turning France's offense into very erratic and chaotic mode. But Poles were not able to break this game open when they had their chances, missing a big amount of open look shots and being unable to effectively using their bigs in the paint.

World championship in Turkey ? They failed to lose within a 12 pts margin against new zealand and had to play Turkey in 1/8 (and we got our a** kicked).
The 'famous' france-Greece that the greek played to lose (with success thanks to de colo) ?

Maybe our players want to do this sometimes, but generally when we lose a game that's because we s**ked.

As for our current team, don't need to be einstein to realize that piling up Heurtel- De Colo and Fournier leads to some disaster in defense (either from pnr, open guys in the perimeter or even post up like today..).

We will see if Diot and Toupane will make our backcourt defense more respectable but some people should stop turning us into the most machiavelic bball players of all time. You got enough reasons to blame us otherwise anyway (#defenseisoverrated or ##wtfisbasketiq)
