3/20 from 3. Even good or at least above average shooters are shooting terribly.
You can tell that the rotation is completely improvised and badly at that. Printezis was visibly tired but Antetokounmpo or Agravanis or Papapetrou didn't come in, Sloukas played 14 minutes straight in the second half etc.

The Greek NT without the greek freak is barely above average. Lack of athletisicm, lack of shooters and apparently tremendous lack of chemistry yet people somehow tend to overestimate them. Perhaps due to the success of greek clubs in the euroleague but still... You guys are most likely gonna fight for the 4th spot vs Poland
Indeed group A looks tough considering all teams are capable of winning everyone but overall they are just meh.
Even France doesnt look intimidating and i dont see them how they can survive the knock outs

It doesn't work like that but 5/20 and the game goes to overtime, 6/20 and we win.
That's still only 25% and 30%.

And I hope to fight for the 4th spot with Poland otherwisewe're heading towards Spain in 1/8s if we finish 3rd. Let's take a risk and try to challenge the team which will top the Group B, there's literally no difference in being eliminated in quarter finals or in the round of 16.1997 - 2012 - 2013

Greece was not bad today with the exception of the 3pt shooting.
I think it's their best game in this season, official or friendly. There are some good signs, some change in their mentality. I don't expect much from this team but they can definitely become more competitive.

Dragič seemed tired from yesterday, but overall this seems to be his best NT campaign ever. He said this is his last eurobasket and obviously is giving it all. Sliceing through defenses as if it's nothing.
First good game by Dončič and Prepelič on this tournament, which is a good thing since we'll need them if we want to be even borderline competitive.
Right now Dončič is adding a mid-range jumper to his game, not as routine as some other aspects, but with it he is becoming even tougher to guard.Originally posted by Jon_KoncakThat's funny shit.I cant believe there are sports fans thinking like it.It's like Federer losing to random Japanese player in round 1 of French Open but tournament director stepping in and saying "hey it was a fluke win who wants to watch a random Japanese guy in next round,Federer qualifies"

I am asking for my brother Jon_Koncak's opinion over this Greek team. I hope he is going to make few constructive criticisms about this team.Sports is not only considered as a superiority of physical capability. Perception, intelligence and morality assist it as well. The strong with less intelligence and comprehension can not cope with the less strong but with sufficient intelligence and comprehension. I like the sportsman who is intelligent, agile as well as morally upright.Mustafa Kemal ATATURK
