Seriously ... I do strongly agree that the Socceroos will do very well however, there is not guarantee... you just have to look at the results of the Asian Club Championships with Australia´s Sydney FC (my football club) and Adelaide United ... both were knocked off in the group stages ... for me this demonstrates that the level in Asia is quite strong and that these Asians and Arabian squads cannot be underestimated ... Sydney FC thought that they could go all the way only to be halted in the group stages ... hence, my strong belief in "step by step" ...

Bahrain was very close to qualified for the WCC 2006,also they were the fourth in asian cup 2004.

The Philippine football NT are very poor level right now... Because they're not sports supporting by Filipino people... Its very different level from almost a century during Far Eastern Games, the Philippine football team won the title to beat China(Taiwan) by 1point
