its tough to find a good player who played more than 4 years and never made it to the playoffs , cuz all the good players are rookies and sophomore in weak teams since the weak teams get a high pick...........i would say brevin knight hehe

Man, thats a tough question...
I did a search on NBa.com and just from memory, I don't recall these players ever being in the NBA playoffs --- Mike Dunleavy and Troy Murphy were with Golden St. for several years and then were traded to Indiana this season...
