Porfirio Fisac announced the preliminary squad of Senegal for the OQT. The list contains 23 players. Dalmeida(injury) and Mouhammad Faye(cannabis) are missing from the list.

Xane D'Almeida will be badly missed. I barely know those guys who might be possible replacements, but if there's none capable of leading the team, there'll be problems, frontcourt surely won't be as efficient as it could and that's team's main strenght...
On a positive note, it's great to see Gran Canaria's Sitapha Savane suiting up for NT again, probably last time he played was 2006

Big news hit Senegalese NT - their star player Gorgui Deng is out of OQT. Not that their chances were good anyways, but this means they might be easy prey for rivals
