I have one question. If a player played for a country on junior Level U16-U20 is he then allowed to play for another on senior Level? So for a example. Player X played from U16-U20 for Germany, is he then able to play for France?

One person told me the same. But another said that if a player played only for U16-U18 he is able to play for another country. But Aleksander Ugrinoski first played FYROM U16 and then for Croatian U18.

No. Only if there is an exception like war or any other situation.

Interesting when in the old days the players could actually play for more than one NT. That was somewhat frequent in football, with Puskás and Di Stéfano perhaps being the most famous cases. Did that use to happen also in basketall? I can't recall a case actually...

I have heard that when a player plays only for U16 he is able to play for another country. In Estonia was few years ago a case like this with player named Alex Surovnev, who played Russian U16, U18 and becouse playing U18 he cant play in EST NT. At least that was written in the estonian press.
