DR (for as long as it's been if they can't get in here they don't deserve to get into any World tournaments.)
Canada (talent wins here, though it might not make a difference.
Mexico (Pr's already in, and coming off an overtime, nothing to play for here.)
Venezuela (have come together/homecourt vs Jamaica, I'd be shocked if Venezuela lost)

So going off that it looks like
Puerto Rico
Mexico
Venezuela
Dominican Republic

To qualify!

I think PR needs to shutdown balkman and arroyo, they deserve a rest badly!, i don't care if PR lose this game with mexico to be honest, we are already in, and with the way mexico is playing, they deserve to be in the world cup.

Argentina en route to the game in taxi. No bus for them today.

Jamaica will likely have to walk to the Poliedro ;)

DR has a simple path to qualify, so naturally they're struggling with Uruguay.

Gotta thank Panama, you are absolutely right. On the other hand, what did Garcia (FIBA Americas) think to invite Paraguay again? If Canada wins there will be one nation from South America in Spain without the possible wild-cards.

Canada just can't pull away. Gonna have to double-team Scola in the post eventually.

Yup, Canada couldn't shake them in the first three quarter and then lost it in the fourth. Three-point shooting really deserted them the last three days.

I expect a lot of Mexican fans in Spain next year, since they won't have to worry about traveling to the FIFA World Cup.

Ticos took revenge for Denver last Friday. US Soccer should be considering to play the Wednesday-game in Alaska...even Columbus has Mexicans nowadays. Oh, and if you checked a bit more about football (Not the Aussie one), we can still qualify as fourth. Beating New Zealand should do it. ;) Now its time to celebrate! Just so happy to see MEXICO in Europe next year!!

Wildcard perhaps? Unless it goes to Brazil? China should get its own wildcard slot.

Talk about the past coming full circle. With Mexico qualifying, this will be the first time since the 1952 Summer Olympics that the Philippines, Mexico, and Egypt will compete in the same tournament.

It could be Azteca Stadium and it won't help the Mexicans on Tuesday.

I think they definitely deserve wildcard consideration. A full strength Canadian roster would be formidable.

They will get the wildcard..

I think they deserve a wildcard more than brasil because they reach the second round and brasil left winless, but at the end of the day they probably are going to give the spot to brasil($$$$...and probably other factors too).

hope mexico and the philippines will land on the same bracket. and much much more hopefully, it wouldn't result in a boxing match.

Would love to see newcomers from the Eurobasket as well. Ukraine, Slovenia and Italy will be OK for me.
