They are not. He is not writing the teams in a particular order. Pao was ranked first that season.

Its just a sum of the wins and defeats of every team in the Euroleague regular season, the play-offs and the final four. What comes out in the end is a record like the NBA teams have. Doesnt mean anything in the essence of ranking, cause like Roy M said the timing of a win is vital, a win with this system is the same in the Euroleague final as for the first game of the season, but it gives a good indication of which are the top teams in Europe the last five years.

Actually my mistake its only the group games that have been included. But it still shows the consistent teams in Euroleague.

I didnt write the quarterfinals and F4's because after top 16 it can be anything happen as you all see 19/1 Cska can finish 4th while 10/10 Tau can be second...
