I don't understand what are you talking about.

They played EC U16 in Lithuania, WC U17 in Germany and EC U18 again in Lithuania.

So?

Dario Saric Ready To Lead Croatia

There is nothing in sports quite like watching a youngster blossom.

Croatia's Dario Saric is certainly revealing himself to be one of the next great players in his country.

Last summer, at the U18 European Championship in Vilnius, Saric averaged 12.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per contest to help his national team claim a fifth-place finish.

In Barcelona and on the weekend of the Euroleague Final Four, Saric led KK Zagreb to the Nike International Junior Tournament title.

He had 19 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists in a 76-65 triumph over Zalgiris Kaunas in the final and was named the MVP of the event.

The U18 European Championship Men is just around the corner (21-31 July in Wroclaw, Poland) and Saric, 17, is definitely one of the players to watch.

He gave this interview to Basketball World News.

Dario, you had the opportunity to play with KK Zagreb's senior team some this season. How different is the game at that level in terms of speed, strength and tactics?

Dario Saric: "It is a big difference. In senior competition there is hardness and quickness, more than in junior competition. Tactics are more complicated and you always have several solutions. Players have more experience and they find better solutions."

What was the experience like for you in Barcelona playing with KK Zagreb in the Nike International Junior Tournament, and also being named MVP?

DS: "It was perfect to play games in Barcelona in one good shape and rhythm. The most impressive moment was when the buzzer sounded to end the final game. That feeling was unbelievable. Also, I would like to say that without my teammates, it wouldn't be possible to make that great result (MVP)."

During the summers, you wear a Croatia shirt. Do you look forward to the youth tournaments? Additionally, what do you expect from this summer?

DS: "I always try to do my best and I'm very proud to play for my county. I hope that I'll play in the U18 European and U19 World Championships and we'll try to achieve the best result we can. Any medal will be good."

Croatia have given the world so many great players over the years. Which ones do you look up to most and why?

DS: "I wouldn't like to make any comments about the players but I like players like (senior national team players) Ante Tomić and Bojan Bogdanović. Croatia always has the potential for the best results and we have to know how to use this potential."

What are your career aims in basketball, and what is the best advice that you have received as a young player?

DS: "At the moment, I just play basketball and I always do my best . I hope that way of life enables me to play in one big European club once and for sure, I would like to play in the NBA but it is far too early to talk about that."

Wow the Serbian u18 team looks unstoppable.

Nenad Miljenovic
Vasilije Micic
Stefan Popovski
Nikola Jankovic
Nemanja Bezbradica

Will more than likely be starting 5 and what a starting five that is

I hope Dusan Ristic gets a call up as this generation does lack a formidable center but the other players make up for it.

Latvia's U18 roster at the moment:

Vents Veinbergs SG 1993 BK Valmiera
Klāvs Strazdiņš PG 1993 BS Daugava
Roberts Krūmiņš SF 1993 Ķeizarmežs U19
Juris Kalniņš C 1993 Līvāni
Jānis Berziņš SF 1993 BK Valmiera
Česlavs Mateikovičs PF 1994 BK Zemgale
Guntis Sīpoliņš C 1993 Ogres BS
Artūrs Lūsis PF 1993 BAA Rīga
Oskars Reinfelds SG 1994 CBA (Spain)
Ingus Jakovičs PG 1993 BA Rīga
Rihards Pāže PF 1993 VEF kadeti
Visvaldis Bikše PG 1993 BAA Rīga
Roberts Stumbris F 1993 Liepājas Lauvas 2
Rihards Ginters SF 1993 BAA Rīga
Andrejs Gražulis C 1993 Ventspils Augstskola
Elvis Saulītis C 1993 Khimki (Russia)

In bold, those who have played in Baltic Sea Cup (I dunno, maybe others are already cut??)

Also will join after U19 Worlds

Kaspars Vecvagars PG 1993 Zalgiris Kaunas (Lithuania)
Ojārs Siliņš SF 1993 Reggio Emilia (Italy)

Baltic Sea Cup:

Latvia - Finland 77:67
Latvia - Lithuania 70:69

Game with Estonia ahead but even without two guys occupied at U19 Worlds (especially Vecvagars, as he'd be the star of this team) it can play and guys are saying that the team is potentially as good as the last year's bronze team. Though, I expect that Poles, Serbs and Croats and other competition, as always, will be very very strong this year so it'll be tough.

Two years ago this team placed 9th in U16 championships... However, their game was shaky and on the way to that 9th place we beat future champions Spain 85:58 and bronze medalists Serbia 85:75... but also managed to lose against Germany (placed 11th), France (placed 7th) and were destroyed by Croatia....

So... hard to say what to expect. Might see another medal performance, I hope. Last few years are good for Latvian U18 teams...

Such starting 5 would be. What about the roster depth, are the other players OK ?

Yes, very good bench. Some players on the bench would be starters for other top NT's.

IMO, this is the best Serbian lineup I've ever seen at this level of competition.
We also have Aleksandar Cvetkovic who's eligible but he most likely won't play because we already have enough depth at guard position. If everything goes properly and these guys build a good chemistry I could see them going undefeated at the u18 tournament.

Swedens team for the U18 B Championship:

Fredrik Andersson, Borĺs Basket
Filip Asante, Fryshuset Söder Basket

Tobias Borg, Södertälje Kings
Jesper Eliasson, Solna Vikings
Hannes Erhardt, Malbas
Hajzer Ismaili, Marbo Basket

Marcus Eriksson, Manresa (ESP)
Adrian Thorängen, Sanda BG
Kevin Tumba, Ullvi BBK
Jonathan Person, Virtus Bologna (ITA)
William Magarity, Biella (ITA)
Nicholas Spires, FC Barcelona (ESP)

Its a travesty that this team has to compete in the B division. I personally feel that anything but a 20+ point differential in every game is a failure. Really.
I suspect that Bulgaria will have a good team as well as Hungary with Dobos and perhaps Israel (although I have no idea what talent they have on this team) but really, the Swedish team should be very, very competitive if nothing unexpected occures.
Anyone with info on Macedonia and other teams?

mazic was born in czech republic, grove up in croatia, his origins are bosnian and now he is intaly where i tink he also has italian passport. he played in croatian u-14 selections, then some friendlys for chech republic. when he was kid evryone was thriled for this kid, by now he become average prospect, tough still quite intruiging tough. his bigest problem is guy who should help him most in his life. it's his father who i guess living in dreams of having lot of $$$....Took him trough few Croatian clubs, last one was I think Zagreb, then moved him in Italy can't remeber wich club, then finally finished in Benetton. Moved him trough two NT's and was in contacts with Italian and B&H NT's as well. He was in team from start but had injured knee after first or 2nd game

He is bit like Zoran Planinić with better shooting skills

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CeyKNekpm0A

if full roster without crnjevic and co...it will be very ofensivly talented team, but besides ramljak, buovac and brzoja non of this won't even tray to play defense. and again we will strugle under basket. vukovic and mikulic are raw, skiny but iteresting pf's, bundovic is skilled under baseket but lacks strenght and size, krstanovic is average, while madunic is just tall. i just hope full game plan won't be like with brajkovic...give saric ball and evrybody spred....

to bad this kid is injured, he could help a lot on defense

Players who were leaders in last two tournaments (Jogėla and Mockevičius) aren't in the good shape right now, Semaška had very bad season while the biggest surprise may be A.Gudaitis who was very good in NJIT tournament last season and was leading player in MKL. 3 players are year younger (born in 1994) - Lekavičius, Grigonis, Dimša.

just click on english flag

he formed this academey 2 years ago in Rijeka because he didn't wannt to be competition to his Split. His players playing games on loan for local Rijeka clubs. But thankfully after seeing situation in his club Split for who I think he is going to play next season he will move his academy and players in Split. I hope this can help KK Split to stand on solid ground

Has some itresting players like Vuković, Bender and Colak brothers who are candidates or mebers of our junior NT's and also one very itresting kid Ivo Garić 96. who is meber of Bosnian cadet team. Very taleted kid. + now Paolo Marinelli 95. singed with academy. Probably best Croatian PG prospect after Ukić

it's final, Šarić will miss the championship due to back problems..

He played more than 100 games last seasons with KK Zagreb U18, KK Dubrava and Croatia U19 (35 minutes per game). And he was also planned to play at the U18 European Championship. Which is too much for an emerging junior. He is now suffering from spinal disks problems. Which is surprising for a 17 years old. He will be bedridden at least for 2 or 3 weeks of care.

I believe Mavra would be regular and Bundovic rotation player (he was part of U19 NT). We will have hard time in group with hosts, Greece and Slovenia. I was confident we will win Greece in first game, but now I rate them as big favorites.

guys, how important players are Mavra and Bundovic

since there is no saric to control game with his uniqe talent and stayle those two would be very important in potential team system

mavra is most gifted player ofensivly in croatia not named saric from 92. to 94. generations, only kid who can consistantly do something in 1 on 1 game and do something out ordinery. bundovic is only big man who plays in low post with back to basket, who can create from inside for him self and others. mikulic and vukovic are talented, but raw, skiny and mostly runnig away from basket, krstanovic has body, some potetial to mix game inside and outside but has unpolished skills and undefind game, whille smolic and madunic are just tall

now ofensive game is up to mazic, brzoja, and ramljak...all 3 have potetial, but can't create consistantly. mazic has big potetial, but didn't develop properly for now. brzoja is skilled, creative and has very high iq but his below averge athleticisam hurts him even at this stage. ramljak has skills and athletic body to be slasher, but terible shoot and often is very passive...buovac has potetial, but for now is just hell of shooter, rearly uses penetration whille junakovic despite his skills at this point doesn't have power on penetration. sice so many absentes vulic should call jurlina, combo guard from zadar with high character and good slashing abilitys. under basket we will be very thin with no back to back basket game.

despite so many absentes of key and role players (saric, mavra, bundovic, jurlina, lebo...) rest should have no problems staying in first division, maybe with some luck go to quaterfinals...our potetial 2meter back cout rotation still should be one of best in tournament

IMHO there's no significant surprizes .... maybe i'm amazed what a good bunch of youngsters germany has...in u20 they managed to get to 1/4 with some significant wins, and now they beat turkey in the first match ...cool ;)

As for LTU i wish them all the luck in this tournament, it would be a good sign after u20 blowout :) as one of comments said in lithuanian forum - '' maybe they could play couple of games per day? one in poland and second in spain istead of those assholes of u20 team'' :)

Many players had good game...I'm happy for Olisevičius and Gudaitis. Olisevičius has great skills but he is too small to play as PF while Gudaitis was never heard very much before NJIT of this year where he showed himself. Late bloomer in youth category, maybe. :)

What as for Jogėla, I've heard he is too cocky, felt like a star after his success some time ago, also had some injuries so that's why he isn't doing as good as he can right now...

What is worse even than this is Mockevičius finds it difficult to play at this age - he is quite limited, bad shooter with bad technique, penetrates only from left side, isn't good at using right hand, too small to play SG at men level...

And Semaška isn't built very well to play men basketball, he had really big problems in NKL last season and he is terrible offensively and defensively, all he can do is to play-make.

I don't think this team is contenders for medals - of course, they can win but same as last couple of tournaments before - all they won were because of their effort, not skills..this team lacks of leader right now, also I don't think many of these guys may be successful playing senior basketball and with years coming, when their opponents become more and more mannish, they'll have more and more troubles. :) Good luck to our team. :)

at that age spanish clubs are turnig over ex-yugoslavia and trying to bring prospects......saric, gacic, mirotic and so on.....there is one kid named vuk lazic. don't know will he play for serbia or croatia. but yeah he is born 98, and yeah he is considerd huge prospect....noj just by mine opinion, but from people who found many great prospects at such young age

boban is 93., at u-18 junior champioship in croatia when 15, he was rocking evrybody how good he plays against so much older players, and was best with mazic in u-15 junior NT...but didn't impruve at all from tall, elegant kid with great hand

I'm almost sure that if it wasn't second "9 in 11" tournament this month for our players, we should start EC with easy 3-0.

Ponitka - 0/14 in jump shots against Greece and Croatia. That's not normal. Today Michalak had problems with shooting too...

tough i agree poland is still better then our team. bigest difrence is down low. karanowski looks like shaq aganist our kids. ponitka reminds me of young giricek:) but he was also guarded well by our trio buovac, brzoja and ramljak. thankfully despite lack of size thanks to our classic ex yugo team reabunding we controled boards.

'93 generation is bad. :) Team is undersized, weak physically with average skill-set. All this team has are balls. They play very hard and that's why they are playing that well.. This team has no leader as it's seen.

As I wrote many times before - with every year coming it will be hard and harder to play for these guys because of mentioned reasons. Many of these players won't translate their game to men basketball, I guess. For example, Olisevičius - 196 cm, he plays as PF here...he is great offensively, has really not bad skills but can he be really good as PF with this size? And he isn't strong physically...

Mockevičius was very good in U-16, was leader in U-17 and right now he's doing not that good - his shooting technique isn't very good, he use almost no right hand, penetrates mostly from the left side, isn't good shooter and he is undersized as SG, too.

Jogėla became too cocky (as I've heard) and no one knows is he SF or PF? He isn't good shooter for SF position, he isn't tall and athletic enough for PF. as SF he may be not the fastest player in the team...right now, if he doesn't change and do it quickly, I can see him as good as Jomantas was few years ago at best.

Kwijibo, sometimes you should shut your mouth and patiently wait - don't be too full of yourself...you know, it's good to root for someone but if you are doing it in a hardcore style, then just don't do it here...it's same as I say Ekranas has chances to qualify for UEFA Champions League while there's almost no possibility for that. :D

He's always cocky... even when he should be modest.. at least. Your u20 was led by montenegrin and without him there would be no chance to win against Italy - the most talented team of u20 imho. One of the main players in your senior team will be Ibaka. is he spanish? hmmm.... and Scariolo is spanish? don't you have spanish guys (or girls :D) to lead your team?!

And I was always wondering... kwijibo's avatar says - "Messi Land"? Is Spain Messi land? Is Messi spanish? I really don't get it

Coach Bizzosi did a poor jor apparently... he didn't call the best talent we have (Candussi, 2.09 born in 1994) and the best athlete (Erik Lombardi). Also the talented combo guard Laganŕ would have helped this team... yeah, Top 8 is our realistic goal considering all.

Maybe Adria Gasol, born in 1994 and now at least 207cm tall (he is expected to grow up close to 220 cm). But he isn't in the Spanish U18 NT. There was rumours that he is looking for a junior team in Spain next year in order to progress faster.

Really disappointing coaching from Icelic. Miljenovic should lead the team. Micic should be far less important. Miljenovic is miles ahead regarding playmaking skills. Dangubic as a very intriguing sleeper should also have more responsability. I'm also sick of watching all-around PF Mitrovic playing at the C spot and Miskovic's agressiveness wasted on the bench.

Of course there are slight chances of a new Gasol, we may well not see any other spanish player like him in our lifetime.
Jaime Fernandez, Dani Diez, Abrines, Josep Perez, Hernangomez (not a new Gasol but the most promising big man in a long time) or Albert Homs, despite not playing much here, are all very intriguing prospects.

BTW those heights are frequently outdated, i'm sure Hernangomez is taller.

No team play, no motion in attack, no movement of the ball, no pick and roll. It looked like no one tried to stand out. Players were waiting Micic to do his show. Which he did, he played mostly for himself and lost too much balls. He can be a great guard if he improves his shoot and learns to release the ball faster. Then he will have the full package (ball handling, defense, post up). Miljenovic was great offensively but was outrun on the defensive end. He didn't seem interested to try to contain his opponent. Popovski spent most of the game behind the 3pt line waiting others to create opportunities for him. His lack of speed and inability to create his own shoot will really hurt him at the senior level. I'm pretty concerned by his future developement. Dangubic showed really good mobility and leaping ability. His long range shoot is now decent. Bezbradica played without real back up. Mitrovic, who should rather share playing time with Jankovic at the PF spot, is a true combo forward and he can't do that job. On the other hand, Miskovic is a fighter and one of the best rebounder of the team but Icelic sticked him on the bench. He did the same with Krstic, which is illogical for me because this tall and offensively gifted SF was member of our squad at the U19 World Championship weeks ago. By the way, the absences due to various injuries of three of our best inside players (Nikola Vujovic, Ivan Marinkovic and Andrija Bojic) really weakened our game in the paint.

Dubrava

Buovac will leave for sure, KK Zagreb is not intrested for him

Dubrava is in tough finacial situatio and will most likley play outside of competition in Croatian A1 league as KK Zagreb development team and also A2 league Ceter in competition. Brzoja has option to join KK Zagreb and is reconsidering what is better for him. One thing is for sure, he must leave Dubrava as he won't see minutes if stays Dubrava's player as for sure Zagreb won't develope other teams players

If only those who are playing menagers in Zagreb would be smart anuff to take Dubrava yuth coaches insted of Bajramovic and Brkljacic. Considering what small Dubrava club has they are doing fantastic job. Along with Brzoja 96. born Frano Beslic is also high level prospect, + few prospects like Cubric, Buovac, Mislav Barac, Damjan Saric and so on

Couldn't agree more... Serbian team looked dismantled yesterday.
I was really frustrated to see some of the guys taking control in attack. Popovski and especially Mitrović, had much more impact on the offensive game than they should have, imo.
Micić is still young and inexperienced. He lacks discipline and for a PG, his decision making is not very bright at moments. I hope he will improve his game, it would be such a waste to lose such a talent. BTW, I like his defensive skills and effort. On the other hand, Miljenović was non-existent in defense, his opponents had tons of space. He must change his attitude or I can't see him starting for Partizan in near future...

Micic is a kind of reminiscence of Drazen Petrovic. But contrary to Drazen, his shoot is average and he don't know how to use different fakes in order to create a scoring option for himself. On the other hand, Micic is dominant defensively at this level, he is a top 1 on 1 defender and he can defend 3 positions (PG/SG/SF) but he struggled to fit in a team defense.

Concerning Miljenovic, I think his attitude will improve when he will become stronger. Partizan staff has already planned a special program for him. Miljenovic will work very hard till December, then he should be ready for pro ball.

He's nothing like Drazen. I don"t see any similarity between two players. Micic is more mechanical in his movement , Drazen was the natural born killer the way he was scoring was ridicilous .Micic for starters, having a hard time to score the basket in my opinion , he's all around solid player right now . I have watched few games of Mega Ishrana last season and I couldn't see any similarity to Drazen sorry. Raznatavovic said when he was guest on SOS Channel that Micic is having some offers from Spain also Misko have said Micic is not going to sign with Partizan as long they have Miljenovic on their squad.

He will remain in Mega Vizura until he reaches his 18 birthday. Then, Raznatovic (Beobasket & Mega Vizura owner) will probably sell him. As far as I know Roma, Partizan and some spanish teams had shown interest. There was a strong rumour in Serbia about an already done-deal with Partizan. Qualifying Round Day 3: SERBIA - CROATIA 84-59 (18-18, 29-18, 24-11, 13-12)

Date: July 27, 2011
Serbia cruised past Croatia in the Qualifying Round Group E. The victory propelled Serbia to 3-2 record in the ladder. Vasilije Micic and Stefan Popovski-Turanjanin scored 12 points each to lead well-balanced effort from Serbia. Croatia fell at 3-2 record after the defeat. Serbia led 10:2 early in the game. But Croatia erased the deficit and tied things up at 18 after ten minutes. Serbia used a 13:0 run midway through the second quarter to take a 32:21 lead. They maintained the advantage and arrived at halftime up by 11 points 47:36. Vasilije Micic established a 20-point lead midway through the third term 59:39. Serbia did not slow down entering the fourth quarter ahead by 24 points 71:47. Croatia scored just 12 points in the final term and had to surrender at the end. Nenad Miljenovic accounted for 11 points, while Luka Mitrovic and Nemanja Krstic netted 10 points each in the win. Mislav Brzoja answered with 14 points for Croatia. Marko Ramljak and Ante Smolic finished with 11 points apiece in the loss.

The least selfish team I've ever seen at this level. It's unbelievable how well they play together. None of them played more than 23 minutes.
Micic was the best scoring 12 points 5 rebounds 5 assists and 3 steals in 23 minutes.
5 players scored 10 or more points.
3 other players scored 8 and 9 points.
Simply amazing. Let's see if they can keep it up

In my opinion, Micic is 3rd best pg in Europe born after 92. The first two are none other than Miljenovic and Cvetkovic :D
It's amazing the prospect Serbia has at of. Imagine if they all make it in their careers only to be warming up the bench to Teodosic :b

We got golden in european sub-20 women
We got semifinals for the moment in european sub-18 man
We got semifinals in sub-19 world championship girls

Normal day of Spanish basketball

You've got it all in one day? today? it seems you're living in some other dimension... some kind of fringe science has taken over your mind
well some of your posts were implying it... so i'm not so surprised

and in the end of the summer we will have the golden of the European senior in your own home :)

..and then all the world will neil before you.. and the saints will call upon your name... and from now on the basketball will have a new name - spanishketball :D

Nice quarter finals with SPain-Croatia (if they still with high fever it will be flawless victory for spain).
Turkey-lithuania (i don't know which team is better)
Poland-Italy ( i think easy win for poland)
Serbia-France (talent vs streng)

Well done man... ;)

All this today? :D Ha ha, you're funny.

baelor wrote all what happened today - that it's not very good but not bad either while you look like having nothing to say so you drag up some things which already happened and not today.

P.s. you forgot to mention that Spain even didn't qualify for U-19 World Championship, that's very big win for your country, too.

Maybe i'm not sure but we still got the gold of sub-20 and now other NT got it?

Your team defend great. I first time see full court press from a team leading by 20.
Our guys also terrible in offence, all the shot selections too early, maxiumum 2-3 passes and shots in 10 seconds always.
I just saw 2-3 logical set plays.

our defence was also good. but they win thanks to their rebounding ability and our lackness about it.. our center is a joke.. but they cant have this favor in senior level.. Enes and Furkan will take care of it and omer asık ofcourse.

Don't you think Erbil, Tayfun and Berkay are promising talents?
I think Erbil is an important talent with his great ball handling, court vision, speed, high basketball IQ. And great defender with his long arms.

Erbil maybe if he turns down his TO's. But Berkay with 2.02 as PF?? No way. Tayfun is also short and lacks consistence in his shot. I prefer to wait for Cedi Osman and Dogukan Sanli for SG position.

Berkay is 2.05 tall and still growing up. Will be about 2.07, I think quite normal for PF...

I am not so pessimist about Turkish NT's future.
At least Kenan-Cedi-Metecan-Furkan-Enes + Erbil, Berkay, Tayfun, Okben can be enough to be one of the top teams in Europe 5-6 years later...

I dont think Berkay is 2.05. In the team photos he looks much smaller than Talat Altunbey or Samet Geyik. So 2.02 can be true
Erbil Eroglu reminds me very much of Dogus Balbay. Same strengths and weaknesses but much better Size. But he really has to improve his shot.

I hope the coach will be changed, because otherwise next year the best 94' Burak Yildizli wont be in the roster again because the coach and him have some kind of beef. He threw him out of the roster in a tournament last year and hasnt nominated him since.

Croatia wouldn"t have been favorite even with Saric making the squad . They have looser menatality, I know they won cadet championship last year but that doesen"t matter much U 18 ichampionship is another story . They proved at U19 championship to everybody how big chokers they really are when it really matters. As far championship game on Sunday goes. Refs were totall dicks :rolleyes:They let Spanish playes go with everything, one of their players almost knocked off Jankovic's eye and they called nothing that really changed the game to me because Jankovic was beasting inside thepanish paint at that period of the game and after that foul he didnt enter game until the late in the last quarter:( on the other side refs whistle every contact or non contact against our team . To make things worse Nemanja Bezbradica got hurt in the game against Italy and he was big part of our rotation. Still its a big success for our team when we take in account that Cvetkovic didnt play because of the certain "manager games":rolleyes:and some players didnt make squad because of injury like Ivan Marinkovic.

And the superhyped Jankovic wasn't beasting anything, at this level he's just not THAT good, honestly i don't think he's a better prospect than Hernangomez.

We were playing without Nikola Vujovic, Andrija Bojic and Ivan Marinkovic. This is the main reason of Jankovic selection.

Moreover, Jankovic missed most of the season due to two injuries & played only 7 games this season with FMP junior team. He averaged 7,2 points and 6,6 rebonds in 17 minutes at the U18 European Championship, which is a pretty decent result for him right now.

And I'm also certain that he will do far better next year because he is eligible for the next U18 EC.

I was able to catch up with this tournament in the last few days watching bunch of games, here are my thoughts on few prospects:

Abrines Redondo

He is long, skinny and has solid quickness. Can really shoot the ball. He is not the athlete Rudy is and neither is as good at creating his own shot, but he can put the ball on the floor a little. Versatile, smart player.

Daniel Diez

Reminds me of Carlos Suarez in early days. Able to play both PF and SF, but due to lack of size his future is probably on the perimeter. Can shoot the ball with his feet set, but doesn`t have much of a dribble drive game. Solid athlete, gets on the boards. Wiry strong.

Jaime Fernandez

Quick PG, can run the p&r game well. Gets to the basket, but struggles finishing due to size, strenght. Improved his perimeter jumper. Not the talent Franch and Rubio are, his opportunities in National team will be limited. Quality ACB PG for next decade.

Vasilije Micic

Great physical tools. Big, strong and decently athletic PG. Gets to the basket and has solid vision. Not the natural talent Miljenovic is. Shooting is a concern. Can defend muliple positions. Will probably develop into a Milenko Tepic/Vlado Micov kind of player.

Popovski Turanjanin

Faceup PF with good outside shooting skills. Can put the ball on the floor a little. Size/Athleticism limit his potential.

Nenad Miljenovic
Hasn`t developed much lately, but still is sure-fire Euroleague calibre performer. Runs pick and roll very well with good handles and court vision. His greatest strenght is off the dribble jumper from mid-range, where he shoots great percentage. Has good size, but quickness is major issue. Doesn`t show focus and hustle at the defensive end. Sort of like poor-mans Teodosic.

Nemanja Bezbradica
He can be useful player at the senior level already. Big, tough, sets good screens, rolls to the basket well. Fights on the boards. Nothing spectacular, but good role-player potential. Doesn`t show outside jumper or good post-up ability.

Mouhammadou Jaiteh

He is very promising. He is long and athletic, but also has good hands and even shows good looking mid-range stroke. He has some similarities to Ibaka at this stage.

Jean Charles

Athletic faceup PF who is also decenty skilled. Can shoot and drive. A little out of control, back to the basket game needs refinement. Very good upside if he can continue to develop, NBA prospect down the road.

Kenan Sipahi

Big and athletic combo guard with good handels and solid stroke. Very poor decision maker. Drives into traffic, takes tough shots and is interesed only in making assist passes. Has some similarities to young Ukic. Has enough time to improve. Potential is there.

Matteo Imbro
He is quick PG with good shooting skills and solid game management. Could be italian PG of the future. He can really stroke the ball either from static position or off the dribble.

Amedeo Tessitori
Bruised around the rim. Tough, fights on the boards. Has solid mobility. Has some similarities with Andrea Michelori. If he grows he will have more upside.

That's true. Dario Saric is suffering from severe spinal disks problems now. He was bedridden for almost a month of care.
