Considering that Egypts' U17 NT played in the World Championship this past summer it looks like they have a great team for the future.

At the end of the day this is Africa we are talking about so it's only normal that they leave things till the last minute as there might be a team that isn't able to join at the last minute or some logical issues suddenly arise .

Who has Rwanda signed for this tournament? Surely they will go all out playing at home.

If you asked about any other team other than Rwanda you can find their rosters on the official website just by clicking on the team mentioned under the
                        "PROGRAMME DE LA JOURNEE".

Funny enough Rwanda have one player that is only mentioned on their roster and his name is Lionel Hakizimana

                          they have 4-5 american players.

                          1) 17U Roster Kevin Mirindi 6'5” SF, Ahuntsic (Montreal, Qc) Class of 2012
                          2) Alex Rufagari (?)
                          3) Gilda Mulenda 6'2" PG, Lasalle Boys ans Girls Club Expected graduation year. 2010, http://img571.imageshack.us/img571/6854/prof3.jpg
Mulenda is an offensive weapon who can hurt you in many ways.Very Good Slasher, great upper body strenght and a good defender
                          4) 17U Roster Jayde Dawson 6'1” PG, Dawson Community (Montreal, Qc) Class of 2013
“Jayde has the ability to play up and down with any athlete in the AAU circuit,”
“His quickness and explosive first step make him tough to guard. He showed a glimpse of what he can do in the semi-final matchup against Brookwood Elite at the HangTime tournament and he's definitely one of the next top guards to come out of this province.”
                          year earlier:
Jayde Dawson (6-0 G): Very athletic player who uses that gift on defense where he is active and gets deflections. Strong build who uses it to play physical brand of ball. Very quick first step that gets him past defenders. Excellent in transition game, finishes well.
                          5) U16 Roster Felix Bourgeois 6'5” PF, St-Bruno (Montreal, Qc) Class of 2013
                          14/08/2010
Felix Bourgeois (U16) and Jayde Dawson (U17) were invited to participate in a training camp with the Junior National team in Rwanda is preparing for the qualifications of the U19 World Cup 2011
but now its unknown in final roster he or not

also they have american coach Paris Nelson; had several training camps in Canada (or USA) and at home ground. and their goal for this tournament is qual to wc u19 2011. think its solvable task with such roster and calendar
