I think ginobili is the clear number one... other than that... I am not sure how I would rank the players, but here are the other nine...

                  Andres Nocioni
                  Luis Scola
                  Carlos Arroyo
                  Anderson Varejao
                  Carlos Delfino (great potential)
                  Leandro Barbosa
                  Eduardo Najera
                  Nene
                  Fabricio Oberto

What about Richard Lugo? Does anyone know anything about him? And Machado or Splitter?

he is not even the best SG in Puerto Rico

he is not even a top 3 SG in Puerto Rico
his status between the top 5 in Puerto Rico is questioned

he would not make the top ten list between PG's in Puerto Rico

how can you say he is in the top 10 in LatinAmerica?

a Barea/Daiz team would roadkill a Arroyo/Ayuso team, and you got Arroyo at #3, and Larry at #6? LOL Daiz is 21, and even playing for only 4 years he is twice the SG Aysuo would ever be, the guy once got his foot caught halfway up a volley ball net during a jump, he cant compete with that natural ability.

                            ok.. whatever

you know nothing about PR ball

Barea will be Arroyo's backup and Diaz didnt even accepted the invitation to the NT cuz he got not chance to make it over Apodaca and Ayuso.

FIBA is no NBA where you can iso a player and let him cause havoc

Diaz got the upside, Ayuso is the best player right now, and thats the bottom line.

Arroyo's career high is 30 points against the T'Wolves, you know nothing about Puerto Rico BBall, quit searching NBA Profiles
