Europe basketball computer game?

Does anyone know where can we found(if there is any) a computer game based on europe.Perhaps on Euroleague and not only NBA?

I actually have one.
It was given to me as a Christmas present from my host family when I was stuyding in Bilbao (Spain).
It is called PC Basket.
The graphics aren't all that great.
It's quite old (1999).
All the teams in the Euroleague & the ULEB Cup are there.
In addition, you can play USA vs Europe or ACB All Stars (you can also choose the players you want).

I also played that game for many hours I have the 1994/95 and 1995/96 seasons.
