I just want to ask about the middle easter leagues, like the Qatar league for example, how does one get in touch with the teams there, how much is the pay, the conditions, the schedule and the quality of the league itself?

Hey.. I've noticed that you havent recieved any answer yet.. I can't really help since I'm not an expert in the ME leagues but concerning the quality, i think that it's a very avrg league compared to Iran, Lebanon and Jordan.. For the schedule, I gess it's one game/week.. not sure though. That's all I can tell you
