It such a tough choice!
I chose the GREAT OSCAR because growing up in the 1990s and seeing a Latin American shoot the lights out against quality opposition in every game he played in is amazing! However, there is always the question of the defensive abilities but because of his 10/10 offensive skills, I believe that made up for his lack of ability in the defensive end.
In terms of achievement, Manu is definitely up there with Oscar because he has achieved so many things in the toughest league in the world, his national team and in Europe.
Also, having grown up in the '90s, I was also able to see Ortiz play but with all due respect to the tall Puerto Rican, I wouldn't put him up there but he is definitely very, very close behind.
Just like his compatriot but without the NBA titles, Scola has achieved so much in so many different levels - NBA, Europe and International thus, he can be considered up there. There great thing with Scola is that he is at his peak and will be for another 2 or 3 more years and could achieve more things.
