Looks likes he is the real deal.

You’re bound to have these stats when you’re 6’8” and thick playing against dayo league veteran-level players. Even the eye test suggests he’s a project. I mean, look at that conditioning.

I bet Migs Aytona is salivating right now. He can't wait to get his hands on another diamond in the rough.

He has poor vision. He’s the uaap peezone. Lol

Ill put Banwait in the same category as Gani Stevens, he's atleast a year or two away from being servicable in the UAAP, needs to work on his conditioning

Is banwait a graduate (semi pro already) nahh I answered my own question just like bonn daja and andre duremdes.. good playees who cant crack the la salle team.a yet..

I think he's in his early 20's, a quick check on his linkedin says that he's with olivares college so he might not even be enrolled to dlsu yet(which pinoyliga allows, 5 guys to be exact). So this could only be a tryout of some sorts. He played with csb recruit irelle galas in of those sunday leagues tournaments. Pero yeah could still be a project.

Gani was already serviceable, albeit raw, as a freshman at UE. He matched up well vs Mike (kaya rin natalo DLSU sa UE twice nung 85) and had a 26-piece against Diouf and Galinato in the second round. Gani was fat and ga-piso lang tumalon, but at least he was tough and could score even with contact.

I believe Bono is a better comparison. Bono was huge, raw, and in poor conditioning when he came in. Not even serviceable, although Adamson had to play him agad because the Falcons had a shallow frontcourt. Literal pang-box out lang si Bono noon, and he moved like EJ Feihl.

Who wouldve thought he would become one of the most skilled big men in Phil. basketball.. too bad he isnt conditioned enough to play for it..

Is Gaspay eligible in the coming season?

He looks like a raw Balti at this point.

Mike Philips is every coach's dream player. So disciplined and professional.

Poli needs to learn from Mike's work ethic.

Mike has made 7 or 8 dunks in this game including an alleyoop.

He's confirmed to be 6'4. He came from ICC and i believe played center there. So for him to come in and be an effective 4 shows his solid work ethic. He has 3 more playing years.

They are the ICCs big 3 with Ian Torres & Roger Ondoa right?
So Torres & Ondoa also has 3 more playing years left?

Yes, they were their big 3, but ondoa and torres are younger, they'll have 4 years pa for csb.
