Lmao that UST venue seems more like the home court for NU. This is where they also thrashed UP by 20.
Where was this fight all season for NU? I know they're down an FSA but they proved they can beat the top teams without them. It must be a frustrating time for NU fans.
That kbl insider tweeted again that both kq and cagulangan will be soon playing in korea. What are the odds that this is truly kq last year with dlsu? Kinda feel like he'll want to play with both jacob and baclaan, and gilas teammate amos as well

100% sure he's leaving. He's been teasing about in IG since late last year. Communicating with Sono players.
Good for JD! He's really special. He gave his old buddy, Josh, fits on both sides of the floor last game.
I am also 100% sure he is leaving, but his IG and Twitter posts are not a good indication. He did the same thing last year after DLSU won the championship.
If I had to guess, the odds are 100%
(Although I also guessed this after they won last year and he came back haha)
Circumstances have changed. He is already a father. Plus he has outgrown the UAAP, truly. There's no more challenge left for him.
Plus, in terms of resources from the boosters, it would be better spent recruiting to prepare for Mike P's departure after Season 88. I believe they have the pieces already to compensate for KQ's loss, but not yet for Mike's loss.

Yes, it is. KQ was on the way out last year.
He had a last minute change of plans. He was convinced by the coaching staff to further hone his skills especially his dribbling and shooting.
He saw what happened to Balty and Tamayo in B. League and he knew he needed to improve more to get the opportunities and play right away. This is the same reason why he chose KBL over B. League.
Now he's gotten more confident in his skills and that he's got a mouth to feed, he will turn pro.
I say cagu's improvement has built him a good stock for his pro careee. Maybe staying another year was the best decision for him
UE on pace to bottle this season.
You just proved my point. He did the same thing last year, and then he stayed. Regardless if it was a change of plan, whatever happened last year could also happen this year.
And we know nothing about his “change of plans” last year because neither he nor the the coaching staff has said anything about it. Everything is speculation.
Did you miss the last part? That part that I said that "he's confident in his skills now and that he has kid."
There's no going back to DLSU after this season.
and you know this….. how?
Unless you spoke to KQ himself, none of us here know what his plans are after this season.
