devils advocate question so the ncaa was right in banning fsa’s for development? Cause Stevens, Udodo and Alter have taken a step back heck 7 was cut

Nope. Up just has too many quality guys in the position for them actually play long enough to find their rythm. Their 'system' also negates them from really maxmizing their potential. Give those guys enough minutes and im sure they'll be able to figure out what should work for them and what should not. By taking away fsa's in the ncaa. Teams not named benilde or san beda are forced to play 6'4 and above guys strictly as centers, while in some cases even guys as short as 6'1 or 6'2 are playing in the post. Imo guys those size should atleast get used to playing in the wings if they want career beyond mpbl.

Mike's size and quick laterals will be such an asset. Such a versatile player. Hope he can play for Gilas.

This is UP’s mistake. They over recruited. When UP already got Pablo, Gagate and Alter, they still went out to shop for Stevens and the following year Brown. They should have developed the ones who committed earlier.

This is the product of a “win-at-all-cost” management perspective.

Mike singlehandedly brought La Salle back with his defense, & rebounding. He is dominant and all over the floor.

Gab Demisana was already there in UPIS before last year, and Malick was still in the team, but UP still went to get Pablo, Gagate, and Alter.

Over-recruitment will have a negative effect on player development.

FEU has no answers with that press from DLSU.. phillips with amazing game from both ends.. 17 and 15 for him plus 5 steals..

Looking at the stats you'd think Konateh had better game than Mike with his 27 rebounds. As impressive as that may be, he didn't control the game for two minutes straight on both ends of the floor. Mike literally did everything he wanted to.

This is why I was saying that Mike is gonna be a MVP next year. Mike can dominate the game like no other. Such a luxury for Topex and DLSU to have two MVP caliber players in one team that complement one another well.

FEU is now 4-8 this season after their loss to DLSU. 4 of those 8 losses were heartbreakers, where they led at some point in the 4th Qtr.

I know it’s hard to reject free money but getting all that possibly POGO-tainted money from Remulla has been a bad look for UP. Very ironic for the national university known for activism to allow this guy to throw money at players that they don’t actually need. UP is worse than SMB was in hoarding big men.

And what about DLSU? Danding Cojuangco gave them the poor coconut farmers' money. DLSU even gave Danding an award.

What about DLSU? Whether there's actual proof that they used that money to fund DLSU, I don't see La Salle fans acting like hypocrites.

UP fans are notorious for acting holier than thou and for their virtue signaling. When pressed, they always perform some mental gymnastics to justify their sh*t.
