NU playing well. Talent-wise is this Ateneo team weaker than Tab's first year team with Ikeh and company?

They do not have any go to guy IMO. Ballungay ain’t it. He is better as a 2nd option. The lineup with Ikeh atleast had Thirdy and Adrian Wong who can create their own shot.

They have no one to rely on scoring when the play breaks down as the shotclock winds down. Nobody can finish consistently.

NU passing the ball like Ateneo. Tab Defense is still hard to copy though.

Forthsky would've been Ateneo's main creator and go-to guy, but he's with UST now.

More of UP and NU finals but too early to count out admu. dlsu maybe makes the final 4 but gets booted out by UP or NU

This season is ripe for the picking for DLSU. An intact and experienced core with size and athleticism. No excuses to lose.

I was expecting for SJ Moore (UST) and Devin Fikes (UE) to play respectable minutes. But saw otherwise.

Seems to me Obasa needs to be played more. He is still adjusting but it seems Ateneo played better in the last minutes.

Chiu is decent in defense but if he is still a starter at the first half of the season then we can kiss Ateneos Final chances goodbye.

Would be a big disappointment if they do not go all the way. As talented as UP is, DLSU is more intact with veterans having a lot of experience and cohesion. There is no excuse not to deliver a ring even if the coach is new.

It all depends on KQ if you ask me. Are we going to see a KQ ripe for a stint abroad?

La Salle fans salivating and dreaming of winning a chip just because of one Ateneo loss. You guys really think that Evan freaking Nelle is gonna get you guys to the championship? Nelle is a perennial choker since his NCAA days, no way that dude is gonna be all of a sudden in control and be a winner. LMAO
