Koon opted to drive and pass to kai instead of shooting that led to a turnover.
 
so we expect mason amos to be a gilas mainstay yet he can't even deliver consistent play vs college players? am i missing something here? at least credo had more b*lls to come out fighting yesterday.

yeah atleast in the pool. he's still young and will learn. gilas coaches praise him well on his shooting. you expected too much on him i guess..

expectations will always be high when a player comes in with hype

moral of the story: stop hyping unproven players
 
eye sore watching FEU bigs Faty, Tempra and Ona.. coach denok relys on his iso heavy. good thing assistant coach gabby severino is there to twist his plays. they need a better coach or promote gabby severino or albano (they prefer feu alumni i think) as head coach. denok is still raw. there's no system its "bahala na" he rely heavily on individual skills/talent of Bautista, LJ, Cholo, sleat and torres.
 
UP is just too loaded this year. Even without their 2 best players, the game is close. Don't think Topex can outcoach Gold.
 
DLSU wins by 9 without Diouf and JD. UP beat DLSU by 3 without Evan. Would like to see this matchup again but with both sides healthy.

La Salle got some separation in the last 30 or so seconds. Without a dominant FSA like Diouf, La Salles contributions are a bit more distributed.
 
La Salle almost choked. KQ finally playing like he is ready for the pros. Good to see Jonel finally get the minutes he deserve. Should have been him on CJ and not KQ.
