UAAP season 86

lao's strong group sitting behind la salle's bench including coach rajko. topex's one la salle is real.

Chris Koon has the size and skill to play PG in international tournaments.

A veteran La Salle team still couldn't beat a rebuilding Ateneo team. Like what I said before, if your primary PG is Evan Nelle, you ain't winning a championship. Anyway, La Salle wasting valuable roster spot on 100-year old Juaqui Manuel. LMAO

UE lost a couple of players cause management couldn’t give them their salary. It’s a shame they couldn’t retain their talent . They play fast and have a fluid offense.

A lot of them had to play ligang labas to get money. I have no idea why that’s happening and who’s to blame but sayang.

If you’re a local guard you need to be able to score of jumpers. The imports control the paint and the bigs can’t stretch em out enough . Remogat and Cruz D got that.

UST and FEU looked so bad.
FEU probably has no funding why they can’t recruit . Their bigs are terrible.

DLSU also looked kinda underwhelming . They don’t have depth and still the same problem as last year . Their wings aren’t two way players and are slow and cant shoot. On defense a lot of miscommunication and they play a lot of gambles .
Cant trust Nelle who is basically a game fixer. At this point nothing will stop him from throwing a game since he has no backup pg.

Austria looks like an MPBL prospect , inconsistent shot and slow. He can cut though.

Manuel i’m still not sure what’s his strength.
Escandor is showing out at least.
Nonoy is a 5’8 shooting guard . Who always gets knocks hope he can stay healthy he should be a good 6th man.
Macalag and Abadam still aren’t ready it seems . They aren’t that quick to create or have the sauce to get to the spot
Gollena has potential , he might be the one.Plays hard has size and is athletic to run in transition

Comparing them to the deck of UP makes it worse.
Cansino, Gonzales, Torres, Alarcon , Briones and Lopez / Torculas could slide down for length and speed. Both of those guys are more comfortable tweeners than Poli and KQ.

What you said about La Salle on lack of depth, that's what my dad's gonna tell me. And he's unaware of the commitments and transfers to DLSU.

Or they are just really tired of watching CSB struggling hahaha coach CT should better be doing the necessary adjustments.

True haha curious to see them behind dlsu's bench tho while most of jacob lao's teammates are on the blue side, joshua david was the only lsgh teammate in the dlsu side. I dont really buy that one la salle crap.

I hope Amos improves his lateral quickness. If he doesn't his future is will be in PBA. At this point, Quiambao is a better prospect for foreign leagues and legitimately can excel at the 3 spot.

this is my most delusional take but Amos can improve his handles to become a point guard (again i acknowledge this is far fetched)

Just give the championship to UP with the way DLSU is playing today.

Jeez, La Salle. Same-o, same-o, even under Topex. I don't know what's wrong with that team. But, Lasalistas better hope that this is just opening jitters.

UP, NU, and Ateneo look like a tier above the rest of the competition. The UAAP championship will go through those three teams.
