The quality of the opponents in the first two games was too low that making any meaningful conclusions based on these games is not on solid ground. As I mentioned before, this tournament was an unmissable opportunity for players like Bona and Buyuktuncel, whom we expected to have significant roles in the national team, to integrate into the team. However, both of them missed this opportunity due to injuries. The only serious game we will play will be against Croatia and I don't think we'll have any problems in that game either.
If we ignore the fact that Sengun and Yurtseven heavily outweigh at this level, the most noteworthy individual development, including the preparation games, is Bitim's ability to create significant productivity and efficiency in the offense with a minor role and less ball usage compared to his club team. It's extremely important for him to show that he can contribute in minimal roles to increase his chances of holding onto a spot in the NBA. The most unexpected development for me so far is Kabaca being placed at the end of the rotation by Ataman. Although Osmani has justified the minutes he's received in terms of performance, I was expecting Kabaca to be placed ahead of Osmani in the rotation.
