Young players should also watch the video analysis of how the way Drose jumps contributed to his injuries.
He's a one foot jumper who lands with a straight leg most of the time. Since he's very athletic and jumps so high, whenever he has to contort in the air or absorbs contact, he awkwardly lands on one leg where the knee absorbs all the pressure since he doesn't bend it on impact. And once he messed up that knee, he compensated with other parts that led to other injuries.
Young players need to learn how to land properly.
love that bulls team.. good players from starters to bench.. the only PG that i like and idolize.. still have his bulls jersey.. sad what happened to his career after a spectacular start that includes being the youngest MVP..
For randle i think
The beasts from the east has woken up…. The Knicks are loaded and they definitely poses Celtics real heaadache…
East Big 3 remain, and ranked accordingly.
1. Celtics
2. NYK
3. Philly
Heat needs to turn it on during the regular season, or else they will remain a Play-in team. The Godfather is right, shut-up Jimmy Butler and be better and healthier, same goes to Herro.
No love for Giannis and the Bucks?

if Bucks fortunes doesn’t improve by December expect a noise from Yannis, demanding to be traded to a Western Conference team which is most likely Warriors…
I felt Giannis regressed after Bucks won the chip. Maybe not skills-wise but on his hunger and drive. He also showed some diva-esque attitude (the ladder issue, the group-chat excluding Jrue, etc) the last 2 years. He needs to get his mojo back.
