The NBA 2025-2026 season

From Twitter

Brandon Rahbar

Oh yeah OKC has the #15 pick and #24 pick in the NBA Draft on Wednesday night and a rookie projected to be a top 5 pick last season making his Summer League debut a week later.

OKC and IND just demonstrated that having an elite talent evaluator can trump big-budget teams with multiple superstars.

This is exactly like the movie "Moneyball." Using analytics (wingspans, efficiencies, measurables) they found hidden gem guys who will fit perfectly in a "sum is better than the parts" system.

The right role players > imbalanced star-studded teams.

NBA Draft is on thurs. The draft starts at the 3rd pick. 1st and 2nd pick are already foregone conclusion with Flagg and Dylan going 1 and 2 respectively. Meanwhile, Ace Bailey seems hesitant to play with the 76ers, he also was supposed to workout with Utah but cancelled it. Seems like the kid is getting bad advices from people around his circle

Dallas Mavericks center Daniel Gafford intends to sign a three-year contract extension worth nearly $60 million, sources tell ESPN. Mavericks officials and Gafford's agents, Mike George and Shy Saee of Klutch Sports, negotiated the new deal through 2028-29.

Boston just traded their declining 35 years old defensive PG into a much younger 26 years old scoring PG.

With Jayson Tatum out, Anfernee Simon can do what he is doing in Portland, he is aveaging 20ppg on his last 4 seasons.

Plus boston is trying to to avoid the 2nd apron

I think Anfernee Simon would be with the Celtics in a one year rental. Then he would be shipped to his home town Orlando by 2026-27 season…

Porzingis traded to atlanta, boston clearing that cap space to avoid the 2nd apron

MORE Celtics MOVES!

Boston is reportedly trading Kristaps Porzingis to Atlanta, along with a 2nd-rounder.

This 3-team trade will also send Terance Mann plus the 22nd pick to Brooklyn and Georges Niang plus a 2nd-rounder to the C's

Jrue and Porzingis are replaceable anyway, new ownership dont want a bloated payroll and pay all that luxury tax

@BobbyMarks42
Trading Kristaps Porzingis now puts Boston under the second apron. The Porzingis and Jrue Holiday trades save Boston a projected $180M in tax penalties.

It's interesting where Edgecombe and Traore will end up. Those two are darkhorse foreign gems.

French Traore seems to be as fast as Tony Parker and Barbosa while Bahamian Edgecombe looks like a Wade.
