As much as NBA pace fits him, he is more of a 6'3 SG than a PG really, a tweener one way or another. He might be okay in some of the teams, even if he's done if/when posted up by some taller SG / standard SF's in the league, but I wouldn't really bet on Houston here, a running, fast paced team would suit him much more than the Rockets imho.
If anyone needs a Spanish PG and an upgrade on Beverly that's no other than Sergio Rodriguez, I'd pick him over Rubio in an second, if he wanted to go back to NBA, he didn't get much oppurtunity with.... I believe Blazers iirc.
