Goberts passes after short roles. :D

France badly lacks decision maker

Totally deserved for Spain. Great coach, Rudy's leadership, winning mentality made up for the lack of individual talent. Also, Lorenzo Brown was instrumental for Spain. They couldn't have done this wothout him. And now they know that Garuba and Diaz are for real for coming years.

Scariolo exposed all French weaknesses. Bad ballhandlers, lack of fundamentals, bigs that can't do much offensively one they are cut off from their guards.

Lorenzo Brown should have been MVP. He basically made Willy's scoring numbers.

Scariolo great coach?Really?

Had a poor showing in the final game, to be honest.

LOL

Congrats to Spain, well deserved.

Zo Brown performed well in Zvezda but his peak is in Unics and Spain. He deserved MVP title.

France is a big disappointment for me, they just had luck against Turkey and Italy.

You may not feel good about Brown being instrumental for Spain's success as a naturalized player, but come on, he put on another playmaking clinic. He totally destroyed French defense in basically every p&r set he initiated.

Brown was 40% of this team. So congrats to Spanish-American champs of Eurobasket. America rules, what else to say.

RIP European Basketball. If this Spanish team wins a Eurobasket rather comfortably, just wrap it up folks,no meaning to continue. If i'm Australia i make an application to play in Europe.Like in Eurovision. They'd be actual contenders every time.

Lorenzo Browñito got robbed of the MVP there. Too embarrassing I guess.
It must be. Funny that they keep a rule, an outcome of which they're embarrassed about.

Anyway, Brown orchestrated everything, but everyone stepped up in Spain whenever they were needed. The confidence of the 9th, 10th man in the rotation is impressive.

They don't seem to have problems in Asia, either... I don't get this post.

If ricky rubio plays next tournament i think we must sign a Power Forward instead of Pradilla :p

Congrats to Spain. I hope FIBA takes a long hard looks at themselves. But they won't. Also today referees very sloppy btw, but they did not decide anything at least.

I don't get it. You don't mind random American playing for Spain at all?

Nah was just a joke, about some overreacts with brown. 1st we signed him because R.Rubio was injured and 2nd we didnt sign any superstar just a good EL player, but supported by good teammates and coaching staff

I'm saying they should be playing in Europe because the level right now is so bad, they'd be a top 3 team immediately.

This was true long before this tournament, man. Australia is a medal candidate at the olympics since forever. Of course they would be a medal contender in Eurobasket every time. What is the point?

Congrats to Spain. What an amazing golden team. Rudy's career in the NT says it all. For almost twenty years ,to their last member now age 37, winning titles. Bravo.
