Llull and Fernandez will be crucial in this game for Spain ,due their shoots, experience impudence and conceptionally,Spain need such contribution which could bring both of them .Maybe,Claver could be amonst of them . Garino`s play in Argentina will be very important, also Delia might be on of the players who direct the game in one or another direction . Spain have not many options in offense ,Gasol played excellent Australia, hard to repete that,Rubio keep the ball to much ,brothers Hernandgomez are not reliable for game such is final .If Rubio would has problem with shoots ,Argentina could direct perimeter pressure on Llull and Fernandez ,thus direct offensive play of Spain, on Rubio and Gasol who are less danger for game like this .

... ,brothers Hernandgomez are not reliable for game such is final...

Whenever someone claims that such-and-such are too young to excel in a high-pressure game, I like to remember Sergio Rodríguez's presence almost single-handedly winning the semis against Argentina in 2006. Marc subbing for his brother in the final against Greece. Both were 21 without previous senior international experience. And then Rubio in the Olympic final, one of the best FIBA games ever, and he wasn't old enough to drink alcohol.

So, well. Let's see if they are a factor or not.

I dont think they will not play good becasue they are young ,simply I dont see this trait in them .Both of them are talented, have quality ,but unreclaimed, undisciplined, wrong decisions, any string in professional carreer is play in Nba in some peripheral teams without important role .For me that is not champion character .

Undisciplined, wrong decisions... you're describing Marc and Sergio pre-2006 World Championships.

I dont understand why you need to compare brother Hernangomez with Rodriguez and Marc Gasol .All players are different, sometimes some players does surprising development in carreer but that cannot be pattern .

Ist too early for flopping Sergio. Ans the next flop from a Spaniard.

I have seen this movie before in EuroBasket finals 2009,2011,2015 with Spain playing. If Spain survive semifinal they win finals easily unless it's Olympics with USA A team.

Those finalist will have couple little runs but spaniards won't allow them came closer than 5-6 pts and will control game and win by 12+

Hopefully I'm wrong but feeling is same as watching those finals

Spain + 12 at the half but feels like it’s +25. Luis Scola looking like a 39 year old.
Argentina getting destroyed on the boards
26-15.

Those attack fouls on Rubio were both ridiculous. The first can be discussed. But the second only the Bra$ilian referee saw it. Not even fasoulaki saw it.

Luis Scola is finally performing like a true 60 year old grandpa...
Spain is putting defensive clamps on everybody else and it seems like nobody from argies can create anything without turning the ball over - a true cinderella story is finally coming to an abrupt end it seems

Scariolo has prepared a very intense defense on Luis, with Oriola and Claver. Oriola is a very energetic player, and Claver is a elite defender. Spain is destroying Argentina inside.

Only Brissino at the start, and Lapro un the 2nd Q have found the way to score. 31 points at the half is very few for a 12 points deficit. They need more in offense.

I respect Luis Scola. I think he's the greatest FIBA player ever along with Parker, Pau Gasol and Nowitzki but this time I don't expect great performance from him. Marc Gasol is probably the best 1on1 big man defender in the world. It won't be that easy like against Rudy Gobert, who is very good help defender but decent 1on1 defender. In order to win, Argentina guards should put extra effort and 3's. Campazzo is key player. My heart is with Argentina but Spain looks favorite to me.

As I said before the game, Spanish frontcourt and guards cause big problem for Argentina and Scola struggles a lot. It's not that easy like playing against overrated lanky Frenchie or fat Serbian guy. Things are going bad in Argie side

12 points mean nothing, they can go on a scoring binge in a few minutes. Australia was also leading by more than 10 points against both Spain and France and you see how great it turned out for them.
