and a W vs GSW..

Fil-Am Kamaka Hepa played 9 minutes for Pelicans’ win over the Warriors in Summer League play. He went scoreless (0/0 FGs).

Demarcus Cousins destroying the opponents as an import in Puerto Rico.

How much does this league pay? So many ex-NBA players playing as import.

Cousins, Brandon Knight, Hassan Whiteside, RHJ, Lance Stephenson and Archie Goodwin.

A purely Spurs fan take , after watching Wembanyama it makes me think how will this all fit , what are pieces to make this all work? I'm now re thinking that the Spurs don't actually need a traditional PG , as Wembanyama ans Sochan's archetype is so unique and none traditional. It litterarally is position less basketball in steroids, I mean you a 7'4 player bringing up the ball and dishing.
Although different positions it reminds me of MJ Bulls , where yes MJ a guard was the best low post scorer , Pippen and Kucok forwards facilitators and PG Kerr , shooters.
the Spurs will be doing it of course from different positions, BTW believe it or not Sochan may be a better low post scorer than Wembanyama. It's weird . But i trust Pop wil figure this out.

Imports can earn from $ 25,000 up to $ 35,000 per month.

Read that the Spurs listed him solely as a F and not F/C. I wonder how they're going to stagger his and Sochan's minutes. Can they play together?

At 1st i had the same concern, but realize it's the epitome of position less basketball. The 2000 Spurs actually had a similar issue with Parker and Manu, as Manu in reality was the better passer (but played SG), but Pop made it work, (Manu being 6th man was part of it, even if he was the main closer ), the point is the fact that their best 2 potential passers are officially forwards isn't actually a problem but an advantage. Kind of weird and so untraditional.

Not such a bad deal considering the proximity of PR to the mainland US.

Yeah, the proximity to the mainland, the island's scenic views and the level of competition is just a level below than the G-League. US imports, especially former NBA players, have the best of both worlds.

- In-game penalty for flops resulting in technical foul free throw
- A second coach’s challenge awarded if first challenge is successful

OKC benched their best players and let the unsigned players play. Bucks playing almost their entire bench.

If the trend continues, we might just see Kai finally play.

Actually if Orlando's starting center Wilson (who's signed) sits last 2 games, then Kai will get PT ( at least 10 mins?) and if this is the case then Orlando promise is correct ( everyone will be given a chance ) , it's just that the fans who bought tickets to watch Kai went to the wrong game. .

Note every team uses only around 10 players rotation ( and Kai is not part of the main rotation) , Orlando has 21 players in SL roster. so yeah hopefully if a center like Wilson sits , Kai will play

Were Dennis Rodman and Bill Laimbeer the first floppers in the NBA?? Flopping was made famous by Vlade Diva, Manu Ginobili and Raja Bell.

I remember Eric Bischoff (of WCW) instructing Malone and Rodman to have a tussle/heated scramble as part of marketing the PPV match between DDP/Malone vs Rodman/Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Damn Im old.

The Attitude era was the Golden age of professional wrestling. I wish Aew has the the same popularity as WCW.

here's the inductors for the 2023 naismisth hall of fame

AI for Dwayne Wade
Toni Kukoc for Pau Gasol
Steve Nash and Jason Kidd for Dirk Nowitzki
Manu and Tim Duncan for Tony Parker
Manu, Duncan, Parker and David Robinson for Coach Pop

ousmane's shot coming along pretty well this summer league. he has been displaying a pretty good all around game too. could he become a rotation player next season? okc's bizarro frontline featuring chet, poku, and ousmane is pretty interesting.
