dwight looks gassed, still a 20 pt lead though. hope he still has enough in the tank for the final game.

Baltazar played his best game so far in the tournament with 15 pts. on an impressive 6 out of 8 shooting from the field. I think Baltazar is improving as the tournament progresses. I think if he's getting the playing & the touches, Balti can somewhat deliver. I want this guy to be in the Gilas pool starting with the 1st window of the Asia Cup qualifiers next month.

So the Laos spent roughly $400K while the prize for the champion is $1M. Not bad if they pull it off.

Balti making his case for the PF slot for Team Pinas. When Balti’s threes are falling at a respectable rate it is really hard not put him in Gilas. He is probably our best defensive PF right now. Decent on switches and some rim protection. He can even play small ball C in spurts. He should be considered for his defense alone but when his outside shots are falling I dont think there is any other eligible that is a better fit as a 4 in Fiba. AJ can play 4 but his health is always a consideration Malonzo is a bit shorter. Tamayo has been good on offense but we to see him again in Fiba to see his defense.

Big crowd between Arakji's Al Riyadi and SGA... It seems a brewing rivalry in Asian basketball this decade between Lebanon and Philippines, performance and crowd wise... First time in this tournament that SGA / Philippines didn't dominate the arena... Al Riyadi in Lebanon is the version of Ginebra fan base there....

Our shooters are being defended well. This Lebanon team has good defense and offense.
