Might as well. Tipoff against the UAE National Team after this game between the hosts Al Nasr and Sagesse of Lebanon.

Platoon swap with Howard staying on. I'm just shocked how Balti's form dropped. That's what he gets for being an MPBL big instead of a pro wing player.

ngl, I'm more impressed with the other Justine that plays in Benilde than Balti. I'm not convinced Balti is even ready for the PBA.

Heading's touch is still there, that's good. And he's playing a bit of defense as well.

Halftime SGA up by 6... KQ easily the best local player. Howard and Blatche just bullying their way inside. Robertson struggling a bit, but at least Moore brings stability on the wing. Balti looked lost early in the game but was able to play through. The few minutes Sanchez was there he brought a lot of energy... but between Cagulangan and Heading, this level is a bit too much for Cagulangan right now.

This is the main difference between Heading and Wright. Heading has a high percentage when open. But even if he does not score he does a lot of little things like play defense and pass. Wright is a bit suspect defensively and his shot is easily bothered internationally. Just looking at their moves you would think Heading has a more basic game. Not really speedy or flashy. But he is more effective. But it seems he is still recovering.

Am I the only one seeing the potential of KQ as a two on a big lineup?

KQ's shooting has really improved. His perimeter D also seems improved. I think he has a potential for SF and a bit of SG.

Pretty good game. How good is this UAE team compared to the rest in this tourney? It seemed Strong group was never threatened in this one. Kudos to KQ. His 3's helped us break away from UAE. This is a good defensive team, for the exception of Blatche. Once it hits a couple of shots its hard to defeit it.

That's the game. Howard given a rest in the 2nd half, Blatche limited to a sideshow, it was basically Moore and Robertson carrying the team while seeing a lot of KQ, Heading, and Balti. Sanchez shows a lot of promise.

I hope KQ gets to play next window and tamayo.

I enjoy watching the game because of blatche:D

This is supposed to be a club competition so the UAE national team's better players played for their club (the actual hosts that actually had more fans) in the first game. Maybe their guard is a naturalization prospect the way he just ran circles around Cagulangan, but I'd like to think this is the easiest opponent they'll have for this competition.

Sanchez is a dog. Good player at the wing spot.

Is Sanchez the 6-foot-5 small forward whose game somewhat resembles that of Calvin Oftana? Is he the same guy who played for the RP 3x3 team in last year's Asian Games?
