of course, we already submitted all the required documents as Chot Reyes mentioned earlier. If they do not bear any personal issues from this they could easily formulate a conclusion upon that. But no, they waited till before game time to mess up the concentration of our boys.

The knee of Jvee is really swelling and the SBP is thinking about Casio's future as we cannot risk his career. Plus this is really the practice, all teams finalized their line-ups on the Managers Meeting. But we do submit an initial 24-man line-up and an initial 12-man line-up before the start of the tournament.

Correct. Regardless of when the lineup is submitted, the list is only reviewed by all team officials a day or two prior to the actual tournament. It doesn't have anything to do with late submission or determining which player/s are to be included, etc. These matters are decided during the said Managers' Meeting. This is not the SBP's fault, neither is this the fault of FIBA.

It's a process that needs to be understood by followers. This may be part of a psy-war tactic coming from different camps to unnerve their opponents - how it's treated by the parties affected will be the crucial factor. If the Philippines gets frustrated and succumbs to emotions, they end up losing. If they know their confident about the statuses of Messrs. Lassiter and Lutz, it shouldn't be a problem. Qatar has more issues to be worried about really. But then, we don't know if strings are being pulled to accommodate these 5 players originally declared ineligible.

According to Charles Tiu, they're going to go ahead and play with their full line-up. We can look at this from two points of view: 1. They want to go down fighting and get disqualified rather than play with only 7 players or 2. The ruling of ineligibility has been overruled. I get the feeling its the latter.

Let's just not play them today. Di naman kailangan... Palaruin nalang bukas.. We are not sure if we will win against china. Let lassiter and lutz rest today. I guess we will see MAC, JAPETH DOUTHIT today.hehe or MAC, KELLY, DOUHIT... Just be positive guys.. other teams are now unsure about their chances against us. We have the mental edge. :D:D:D

are they having a memory gap or something? why of all times, why now? :mad: if they suspected about the status of lutz and lassiter then they should do it last year during stankovic cup and before asiad games. of all those months for god's sake why now.
