I was called traitor and shame of my country, cause after our "great" performance in group stage, wrote that there are no chances for us to win gold. hard times on IBN :(

I received few death threats from Begedis, Karves Subine, Bybis, Daunas, Lochas, Nuopisa, Kazytis and Siknius. There were some other guys too that I don't remember their nicknames. :D

Ah, that was one guy, one big troll with zillions nicknames :) Actually most nicknames you wrote are curses in Lithuanian, you might be banned for that if admins knows Lithuanian :D

Nonsense. The only game Team Lietuva lost before the final was as a result of a clearly botched call. The team just kept playing well enough to beat its opponents on the court until the final.

Congrats :) Actually even if you didn't know, but it was quite reasonable bet, France has still way better team, yesterday they won first game around 25

Good game by us,bad referee like always when we play at home,but I see very good thing in offense,many extrapasses and very good ball movement(more than 20 assist)!

we suck in rebound game,but this isn't a news,we improve in pn'roll difense comparing last year and for Messina is a great achieve!

Puerto Rico was always a tough team for Serbia/Yugoslavia to beat. During the most dominant period of Ex-Yugoslav basketball from 1988 - 1996, they are actually the team that shocked. During this period Yugoslavia has lost 4 games in TOTAL over an 8-year period (competitive games, no friendlies). They have lost the 1988 Olympic Final to USSR (Sabonis and the crew), They have lost 2 games to Puerto Rico (one in 1988 Olympics group phase and another at 1990 WC group phase) and the Olympic Final in 1996 to USA. So during that period Puerto Rico did something amazing.

Back to the present though. I think that realistically Puerto Rico has a very, very slim chance to upset. The roster is not matched up well vs Serbia and our strengths. We are also quick in the frontcourt so Ramos should have a terrible day on the defensive side. So tough luck. I would give best chance for an upset to Latvia, who could win a game if they put up an amazing shooting display (which they can) and push the tempo of the game to tire out the frontcourt of Jokic, Raduljica, Stimac (we are missing Boban, Macvan and Bjelica in the frontcourt, so our rotations will be more shallow in this OQT). That is the best bet for the upset.
