Well OK for Sabonis (even though people attacked me when I said he has no experience). JV has to play better, he is already an NBA veteran and this is his 4th big competition.

I'd gamble and put Javtokas over JV. I never liked JV on important games and crucial moments.

And WTF, 7'0 JV had a hand on 6'0 Mills and the latter still scores a three.

Lithuania just not as talented as through the 90s and 00s. After golden generations of Marculionis, Karnisovas, Sabonis and more recently Stombergas, Siskauskas, Jasikevicus and Macijauskas, there is simply nowhere near that type of talent on thier roster nowdays. No disrespect to Kalnietis and Valanciunas, but Lithuania is looking at some dry years. There is not much talent coming trough the pipeline right now.

Dellavedova is a great great player, I really like him. On Lithuania, Kalnietis alone can't win this match. Maciulis, Kuzminskas, Seibutis must start to produce.

Seems that Valanciunas hasn't come to this tournament.

Poor perimeter defense by Lithuania. Australia is either getting wide open looks or, worse, getting fouled shooting 3 pointers.

Glad to see that we have so many haters. That means that we have something accomplished in recent years.

Australia is doing an amazing tournament, he has a lot of possibilities to arrive at the final and why not, to win the gold. Lithunia is collapsed now.

Australia is playing like a team. Lithuania is playing individually like...USA without athleticism? 1on1 desperate tries.
