Players that we can have naturalized

Cam is a good NP for Qualifiers but I dont think he will ba a good NP if we want to compete outside Asia.

Btw who is better Rober Franks or Cam Oliver? Same haight and almost play the same. We will have a chance to see how kai will fair playing together with this type of PF. I think Kai and Franks combo on ADL will do wonders. Kai will also have someone who can help him guard the paint. Franks is a good post defender.

Why not try to get that Fil-Am Harper who got a 2 way NBA contract? I think he is a better player than Cam. Less hassle in naturalizing too since he has got a Filipino bloodline.

Availability for FIBA windows. Top talent from the NBA/EU dont respect the windows.

We need more than one import or else we can repeat FIBA Asia.

How about Cstan and or other ineligibles? If they're really serious in competing shouldn't they also invest in better coaches? Maybe save some of the money for foreign consultants

I dont think his nba/g league team will release him during the windows.

This is actually a better option if no naturalized player is available during the windows, just have Mikey, Stan and Mo be part of the training pool as emergency NPs along with Ange. If only Blatche was still in shape

Racocevic can be a good Naturalized player for Gilas, if Long hair can snatch him from Serbian National Team.

With the competition in Eurobasket getting tougher every year, he got no place on the Sebian Team who already have Jokic, Jovic and Poku. He can do a CStan if he wants to play in World Cup or any other high level tournament.

Malik Diouf is a good prospect as well, still in his early 20's, a 7'0 guy who had a long wing span with a good motor, with good attitude and haven't heard any news that he was involve in any unpleasant things in and out the basketball scene...I think he is a good compliment to Kai(7'3), AJ(6'10), Carl(6'7) and Justine(6'8) moving forward.

Thomas Bryant is killing it for the Lakers right now in the absence of AD. Is he still in SBP radar as NP. I think he will be a good fit for Gilas.

He was a poor defender with the Wizards. Has that changed with the Lakers? Has his defense improved?

Wizards as a team is bad on defense overall.

Decent defense for the lakers, struggled against bulkier guys though. I think playing together with Kai will compensate his defense weaknesses. His offense is superb though

Aside from Paul Rudd that was mentioned from the other thread as one of the potential guy, How about adding 7’0 Center/Forward 25 yrs. old Mitchell Robinson of the New York Knicks as one of the prospective players for future entourage, had a decent speed especially during close-up and a long reach(2.24 m Wingspan) as well with his almost 2 Blocks Per Game with his average of 1.8 BPG this 2022-23 Season. The thing here is he hasn’t played yet for Team USA in any FIBA sponsored tournament, in fact he was part of 2017 U-19 Team preliminary roster but didn’t make the final 12 line-up.

Another important thing, I haven’t heard nor read any attitude issue on the guy except the incident in 2017 wherein he doesn’t join his WKU team from their overseas training and eventually left his campus dorm without prior notice(?) and was indefinitely suspended for violating team rules but eventually was granted a release to transfer during his heart to heart talk to then former Hilltopper HC coach Rick Stansbury(2016-2023).

the problem with getting nba players as naturalized player is we can only use them in summer tournaments , but when it comes to qualifiers we can't if we will be able to qualify for Olympics this is a good suggestion , but i hope we can naturalize another player that we can use for qualifiers, well we have ange kouame and brownlee but brownlee is already on his mid 30's while kouame can't carry the offense
