so is terrafirma in position to get the first pick?

A rule must be crafted and implemented such as top 4 picks in each draft should stay at least a minimum of 3 years with the same team that drafted them. This is to avoid proliferation of farm teams.

since now “he’s fiba eligible” his main target was to play in b.league.. b.league is always his goal

SBP won’t mind kquiam play in KBL

And I believe that Mike Philipps will not be cleared as a local until he plays in the PBA.

Didn't the PBA has that rule some years ago but di rin nasunod?

Can he play there? Because B league needs atleast 1 official Fiba game as local (youth or seniors) before officially qualified as Asian import in B league.. if that's the case then SBP might not tap him for now because that means pba will lose another talent for their league...

Im willing to give SBP the benefit of the doubt on this one. If QMB is really certain about his eligibility he would definitely be more clear about it. Id rather we err on the side of caution, we dont want another Hahop situation for our process.

If QMB says he's had a Ph passport since he was a kid and he really has one, then as a Filipino, I believe him.

Seeding doubts without firsthand knowledge/evidence serves no benefit (unless you're with the pba).

The doubts are there because of Josh Reyes.

But SBP still not cleared the issue.. they not announcing yet.. because we all know they will declare it if they formalize his eligibility.. so until SBP will not declare his status, we can't assume that he's finally eligible.. especially now Long hair is the Executive director and team manager of Gilas now...

If they not announcing it yet...then we should just STFU.

Good Day Sir SK,

I'm a little bit confuse

kindly educate and refresh me at the same time.

I thought Ethan Alvano and Justine Gutang both ineligible(?)

are tagged as "Asian Import" despite being ineligible in a FIBA sanctioned tourney

and hasn't played for Gilas even in non-sanctioned tourney.

now as for Fil-Kiwi Ken Tuffin even though he is FIBA eligible but are not eligible

to play at the KBL bec he hasn't don the Gilas Jersey yet.

thank you in advance.

Tuffin can't play in the KBL because of Sokors weird criteria about bloodline. Tuffin is clearly mixed-blood (even his last name). Put simply, they only require a passport and a "non-mixed" appearance (how they come to conclusions are vague).

Weird that Alvano who is "full-blooded" Filipino is ineligible to play with Gilas but someone like Roosevelt Adams can.

Alvano and gutang are full blooded pinoys but tag as fil-am and ineligible

meant was tuffin has offers from b.league and not KBL..

KQ is full blooded local.. so no one can prevent him... QMB case is different.. B league rules are strict to that players who are not local born in Asia.. Adams, Parks, Wright, Slaughter played first in Gilas before getting a contract in B league..
