the lieutenant stop over at the gasoline station b4 going for a coffee break or the lieutenant stop at the castle b4 going for coffee break?

anyare?!!?!?!

is the trade official?? im an alaska fan, and i hate to see tenorio go for some chump... but more than an alaska fan, i am a filipino; and i would like to see the best team formed for FIBA..

It's not yet over...the same personalities being moved from left to right now will also be moved from right to center....

I am a SMB fans ever since... but i dont like the things going around right now... PBA is becoming Petron Basketball Association.... Maybe rsa is messing the national team so china would not be worried

Final Destination for Tenorio...SanMig Coffee is loaded with PGs..Petron is loaded with PGs...Ginebra has PGs ???..........

Evill and Cortez for Tenorio.

It was originally planned as Casio going to GSM, but when Tenorio became available Eala pulled the plug and traded the "rights" of Casio for Tenorio.

i dont get why alaska is doing this.. e-vill will not even be a rotational guy while the cortez experiment was done few years ago, why revisit it again?!?! 2 bench guys for a starter who was the mvp in jones cup and a very important player in the system of alaska.. if the management wants to trade tenorio, get someone with equal value or who has the potential to be of eqaul value and not some 2nd stringers..

la tenorio for chris ellis would be better or a combo of ababou and maliksi..

i think alaska is getting JV Casio not Cortez/Evil.. BGSM first traded Cortez/Evil to Global Port for Casio then Casio for Tenorio from Alaska (With Petron on the side? by getting D. Hontiveors for Thiele and W. Gonzales) thats what i read from other forums...

^^
does it mean the lasallian coach is having a problem with the atenean player?so he traded his atenean player to a lasallian player?

MIKEE ROMERO reportedly asking for another player--- that's what keeping trade from being submitted

ginebra does not have PG's...helterbrand should retire so all they have are cortez, labagala...not really loaded, they need a pg.

if global port trades casio. do they still have a premier PG that can cover for the loss of casio?

Jones Cup MVP LA Tenorio on the trading block

By Nelson Beltran

MANILA, Philippines -- The Alaska Milk management and LA Tenorio apparently failed to reconcile on their spat over the player’s participation in the national team, prompting the Uytengsu ballclub to look at trade options.

At press time, four teams were reportedly working on a complicated deal that would eventually bring Tenorio over to Barangay Ginebra or San Mig Coffee (formerly B-Meg).

It was a frenetic Thursday for these teams with their officials burning the lines talking with one another and with PBA commissioner Chito Salud for acceptable transactions.

Tenorio, the most talked-about player today for his heroic feats carrying Smart Gilas Pilipinas to the Jones Cup championship, was aware he’s bound to leave Alaska.

“No confirmation yet but they’re working on it,” Tenorio told The STAR.

Tenorio stressed, though, that he’s not asking for it.

Whatever happens, Tenorio said he’ll be committed to his mother ball club even if continues to play with the national team.

“Playing in the PBA is a job. Playing for the country is an honor and privilege which I will not forsake,” Tenorio was quoted as saying on-line.

Apparently, Alaska wants its players to concentrate now on its training for the next PBA season.

One possible long movement by Tenorio is jumping over to Global Port for Jayvee Casio, then to Barako Bull for Willie Miller and eventually San Mig Coffee for Mark Barroca.

There’s also a report about a trade deal involving Alaska Aces Hans Thiele and Wesley Gonzales and Petron Blaze wingman Dondon Hontiveros.

There’s no word though on the status of Sonny Thoss and Mac Baracael, two other Alaska players who are part of the Smart Gilas training pool.

Any deal will be subject to the approval of the league commissioner, thus, the teams were conferring with him.

“The commissioner has been busy getting calls about possible trade transactions, but we’ve yet to get formal trade proposal,” said PBA media bureau chief Willie Marcial.

What a way to honor a hero in the jones cup
He gets traded bec he wants to play for country
Now we know why Alaska is on the decline it's leaders are arrogant people who only care for their company
Hope LA goes to global Port and beat Alaska to a pulp everytime they play

What a disrespect to a hero and to the Pilipino
