There's still the possibility of him coming back to Letran. They could still un ban him if he coaches for them
 
In the case of Converge I think its a case of too many cooks in their kitchen. They have Ayo who values homegrown talent over fil ams. Then you have Jacob Lao who I think has free reign regarding roster building since he mostly drafted and signed up his drinking buddies from Ateneo. And then you have the cartel like boss in Delta who is just as outspoken and passionate about basketball and I think the reason why Converge is tanking right now so that they could secure his prized player Justine Baltazar in the draft.

And I think Ayo just might step down because it looks like he doesnt have that much influence anymore regarding where the team wants to go. There were also rumors that Ayo was not pleased in Jacob Lao drafting Andrade in the first round since he had another player in mind for that spot.

This seems like the case, Converge's lineup was mind bogglingly awful, like people who waay outclassed in the PBA bar some of their starters.

Even blackwater and Terrafirma had more competitive players

I think they got Nambatac as a trade chip for that long rumored Bolick trade, the way I see it Berto and BGR goes to TNT, Nambatac, Rosario and another player or draft pick to NLEX and then TankWater gets Galinato, Tungcab plus other players and draft picks lol

its certainly an upgrade on the midgets that they play on the 4 position, will they be competitive ? unlikely

Jacob Lao already debunked it thru Snow, besides Arwind isn’t a part of that UFA 7 years rule implemented by the PBA and Northport Batang Gin Kings has his rights. I doubt they will release him especially with the gap between AFC and Gov Delta.
 
Read somewhere that Converge/SGA has a strong desire to sign Jordan Heading (already a regular in SGA teams) but the problem is Terrafirma holds his playing rights in the PBA, and since they are under SMC I doubt they will trade away Heading to the Laos.

Heading will be a contributor anywhere he goes. His best skill is shooting. Ironically enough he seems to be bad FT shooter. However his all around game is good as well. Handles, passing and defense. His shooting will be a boon to any of the SMC teams. His asking price might be big though. Is he not signed up in the B league?
 
I think JHead is a free agent as of the moment, so dealing his rights at Terrafirma is a brilliant move for Converge/SGA if they are really that serious in getting his services,..that's one piece of the puzzle.

then getting Balti on the next draf(?) would be another big piece of the puzzle.

Sir Green A,

I agree on this on a certain level.

he is still a neophyte in the business so lot's of experience are needed.

marami pa siyang kakaining kanin if he wants his PBA team to be competitive in the same breath as those from the two empire.
