Troy Rosario will be an UFA in January. So he may be back for TNT by next year.

I thought he still has 2 more years left in his contract. Sabay ata sila ni Pogoy nagsign last year. I think after they won the championship last year there were rumors of them going to Japan but opted to sign with TNT for 3 years

probably. they prefer to go smaller to get a better shooter. troy shot himself out of the lineup at times.

Brandon rosser is the number 1 pick right? The number 1 pick can't be traded within the 1st 2 yrs right? Possible the trade will be vetoed.. or PBA will make ridiculous reason about this

I expect brandon to end up with TNT eventually. Originally i thought MGR was the one being dealt..

As a stretch four? I hope not. I think that would be detrimental to Oftana's development as a wing for Gilas.

I think what was meant is that TNT both got oftana and williams, 2 picks originally from NLEX. based on the news no other future picks are part of the trade.

He is almost the height as Troy. Also who are they gonna replace him with. Even though that would suck I think Chot like someone who could shoot as his PF. Oftana is going to be the next Arwind.

Definitely bad. Troy was their failed first attempt.

Their death 5 though looks really good. Oftana definitely is an upgrade on offense. It's feels weird that he was overlooked for some time to play for GILAS and when he was finally called back again Chot traded for him.

What are the chances that they will name Josh as NLEX coach? It's the perfect setup for him. No pressure to win and he soak so much learning experience while tanking for their mother teams.

TNT has a poor track record of developing players. Troy and MGR being prime examples.

Oftana's a good perimeter defender, and can play from the perimeter on offense. Arwind, while a good team defender and is clutch, isn't as versatile on offense. Oftana to Arwind would be kind of a backwards evolution, given that both are similar in size.

I don't see anyone serviceable enough in the TNT bench to take on Troy's role, to be honest. Perhaps they can trade for Ular? He's more of a traditional four than Oftana is.
