Somehow I misread "Jeep na magiging manok" as Columbian selling their franchise to Chooks to Go. lol

However, watching the full video, I think he only saw TNT and SMB play. The top 4 comment, I think, was about TNT and SMB easily being in the top 4 of the NBL.

if you count the euroleague as 1 league then sure you could make an argument. but for a national league the PBA wouldn't even be near the top 10. lotsa euro division 2 leagues are even better than the PBA

Not to mention leagues in the Americas (BSN in PR, LPB in DR, LNB in Venezuela and LaLiga in Argentina.)

Most probably, none. SBP is a private institution, and privately funded. PSC is a government agency tasks to procure resources and distribute them to NSAs. PSC cannot dictate to NSAs on what and what not to do. But they can limit or stop the funding on them. It is against the IOC's (or FIBA, FIFA etc) charter that gov't intervenes on the affairs of member country's federation.

Noli even tweeted to warn about the senate inquiry about the SBP's affairs, as it borders on government intervention

Nah. Washed-up NBA vets would still choose CBA over PBA.

Nah he is playing up the PBA because he wants his team to be well prepared. I dont think its much more than that.

Top 4? Really? You don't think he's exaggerating? Is the PBA even more competitive than the CBA? How come there aren't any PBA player in the NBA? We're not too bad but not that good either
