Its just rust on Bolick after about almost 2 years of not plaging competitive basketball due to injury. I'm confident he is going to get better in the succeeding games. Good thing is that he has hardly slowed down.

Nope. Pido actually had Malonzo out on the perimeter trying to create his own shot when in fact the latter should have been made to play off-ball. He can shoot, so why not put him off-ball?

I did watched the game last night, NP's line up is not really that bad maybe 1st game jitters lang, their size is also not bad as for Philippine standard, In one instance I saw C-Onwuber6'6", PF-Rike,6'8" SF-Malonzo6'7", Sg-Ferrer 6'4", PG-Bolick 6'1".
Didn't saw Malonzo playing Center, saw him play on wing.

Ganun na nga coach pido was a better coach in the uaap. I think Malonzo can play the 4 position and 3 position. In Dlsu he was more of a forward.

His playstyle was already outdated.. he needs to watch some new style, maybe he should learn how tab using his versatile wing players... If he has guts to do it, because he's one of the persons who hate tab after that tactical immaturity statement by the latter...

Look at what they did to slaughter? Binuburo nila career ng mama.. if he's with other teams outside SMC camp/farm teams eh slaughter will be a huge asset.. ayaw nila Kay slaughter but ayaw nila bitawan.. diba kagaguhan.. and Yung Kay Romeo.. ayaw din nila bitawan, 100k dollars per month eh tatangi kapa? Yeah poor greg hawak talaga sa leeg smc won't let go of him until malaos na, sayang if he only stayed in mvp camp regular member sana siya ng gilas and he might be a much much better player now, and mas maganda sana rivaly nila ni fajardo kung nasa mvp camp siya.
On romeo i believe ni reject talaga ni terence yun, mayaman daw asawa ni terrence e so money is not really the reason i think tumatanaw lang talaga utang na loob yun sa smc.

everything is okay already. this is two different styles of MVP and SMC. MVP will allow you to take other opportunities. SMC will give you more money.

Thats why I'm advocate for blackwater to take that 1st pick next year.. Yung worry na Baka hawak na sa leeg ng pba Yung marquee gilas core natin eh if MVP will handle these players eh walang problema.. they will join the draft (might be baltazar and Ramos) then after 1 conference (or atleast a year) eh they can join overseas team.. win win for MVP camp, gilas and the fans..
Blackwater looks like a sure thing, given the talent level of that team. NorthPort and TerraFirma, on the other hand, have talent. I'd actually like for the latter two to compete for a playoff spot. More top picks for independent teams and Blackwater, and less for SMC to farm.

Ang pros kasi sa PBA may job security ka na once na steady career ka na for atleast 5yrs above, mas ideal sa tingin ko foreign stint after college palang before PBA.
