If Arvin progresses, and Art became more healthy.

They will even have Tall Versatile Forwards.

IN FACT, GINEBRA IS THE ONLY PROPER SIZED TEAM IN EACH POSITION

Arvin is 6'5", Art and Dillinger are 6'4" and play both wing spots, but they have an undersized player as well at the forward spot, which is 6'3" Aljon Mariano.

On top of this, they frequently run a 3-guard lineup with either Scottie or Chan as the 3rd guard.

Titas-txtx mga barangay fans ah hahaha

trans: good trade for ginebra, slaughter is arguably the best bigman in the pba with jmf out. Adding him to an already deep championship squad means no more excuse for ctc not to get that grandslam.

Scoti - 6’1
Pringle - 6’1
Tolentino - 6’5
Cstan - 6’8
Japet - 6’9

Enciso - 5’11
Pogoy - 6’2
Parks - 6’4
Rosario - 6’7
Erram - 6’8

Parang konti lang naman difference. And we dont know yet if tolentino is starting. For all we know ctc will still go with his trusted 3-guard lineup.

Yeah. Anything other than a Grand Slam will be a disappointment. Ginebra's too talented and too deep in every position.

Art is good but is expendable. With the one for one Slaughter Stand trade, Ginebra still has enough assets to weasel in another star player. They can still create a FRP, Art, Salado/Balanza package and get another star if Alfrancis wanted to.

Yeah, his 3-guard, twin-tower lineup is the best lineup for Ginebra. Is LA going to slow down? If he does, that's when Arvin will get his opportunities to start and close. In this case, I think LA's play style is still going to be effective, even in his late 30's.

Exactly. Almost everyone in that team is an asset. That, plus their picks, gives them a lot of capital to use for trades. They either are serviceable, or at least have some potential to be serviceable.

I think one of the benefits of that deep ginebra lineup is that LA can get plenty of rest during the course of the season and save his legs for the really crucial parts of the playoffs. Not only can ctc get peak LA during those times, he can even possibly extend LA’s career.

ABS-CBN further adds 4 more shows, this time, all primetime shows. I don't know how TV5 will sort this matter out when PBA starts their season. Who will they favor more?

I hope Wright or even Perkins. Lmao. Jk. Phoenix will not give up those two.

Maybe Bolick, if they go all in for Ginebra.

Nagclue na naman itong si snow e.

Bolick may follow Cstand in Ginebra.

AFTER THAT I AGREE. IT IS A GRANDSLAM OR BUST

Aljon is the only Undersized Forwards

JDV - 6'7

Arvin - 6'5

Art - 6'4

Jared -6'4

Prince - 6'7

Good size for Pba actually.

I got that La, Scottie, Stanley Combo still will be a bread and butter backcourd to complemen the mobile twin tower duo Japeth/Cstand

But having more options is always ok.

“Minor surgery lang to remove some screws,” disclosed Estenzo.

Although the doctor has assured Fajardo that he would be back to 100 percent and be able to play come April, Estenzo would rather err on the side of caution rather than risk Fajardo suffering a catastrophic blow to his career.

“I have advised him not to start playing if there is still discomfort,” said Estenzo. “His health and fitness to me is most important.”

Apart from the physical challenges, Estenzo is also concerned about Fajardo’s mental psyche, having been away from basketball for over a year now, and going through two surgeries and a grueling rehabilitation phase.

“I told him to undergo sports psychology sessions before starting practice,” added Estenzo.

With the brand-new season of the PBA set to start next month and Fajardo yet to join San Miguel’s group practices, coach Leo Austria and team officials will have to assess whether their prized big man’s conditioning is up to par with what is needed to compete at this level.

“It’s the call of the coach and depending on how he thinks June Mar is fit to play with them,” relayed Estenzo. “Most probably, he might be fielded but only for very limited minutes to bring back his confidence and feel for the game.”

Looks like the April return is wishful projection..LOOKS like there could be some infection on JF implants placed on his fractured tibia that's the reason why they had to removed the implant and possibly replace it with a new one...SANA di nagkainfection as buto(Osteomyelitis) coz if it had Osteomyelitis, the Antibiotics therapy pa lang is minimum.of 21 days....For Operation of the leg, minimum rest period is a least weeks before weight bearing...Possibly Junmar to miss PBA All Filipino elims, maybe the 3red window and possible the World Cup...

I blame Kots Leo and the rest of the Jurassic mentality handlers who insist on JMF gaining weight so he can push people around.

The current frp of Ginebra, Boy (ADLC) and Caperal and their fringe young players no matter how unfair you look like it is a great asset to get a starter level player..

the pullout of alab boys might be blessingin disuguise as there will be balance or depth come next rookie draft..aminin na natin yan sina Statham nag hahanap lang yan ng "padrino"

If they watch how Japeth-Cstand duo weaknesses found, They should watch Gilas vs Korea 2017.. Korea finds Japeth-Cstand weaknesses.. But who among other PBA teams can see this weaknesses..

That's where tactical immaturity comes in. However, Yeng and Chot can exploit that. They know modern concepts and can use them.

Thing is, Ginebra has become an offensive team, when they were previously defensive. They have the potential to become more potent with the Standhardinger addition. From an immovable object to an unstoppable force, ika nga. They're going to look to outgun you.

Blame Al Chua for his prideful nonsense telling no need to go US for treatment.. Akala nya minor injury and can heal here.. Most of the players going to US for rehabilitation for their injury setback..

If San Mig losing their go-to guy for another conference leads management to ditch that long-haired b*ttf***er then I’d consider that a win for Philippine basketball.

I'd love to see Ginebra in the EASL. I think this is a better gauge than the PBA when it comes to what they can do since the competition there will likely be tougher.

Well they were able to win without GS and they just added the 2nd best bigman in the league.

Is Caperal starter material?
