i think the best fit would be Rain or Shine (Lee-David-Norwood) but they don't have the though so that's practically an impossibility. You are correct it's either TNT or Meralco and the former does not need him...

poor alapag. Powerade's lineup is a mess. Kramer,Lassiter,David and Casio are being traded/were traded. Pretty much the best players of powerade.
Japeth might just get his minutes. though i would like japeth to be with petron with danny I as his senior but that's pretty far from happening.

Anyway i am not sure of that rumor. Chot loves Alapag and that is one loyal player... However, we could see them go back to TNT (if and when) they hit free agency anyway so it's just a loophole...

good point...but think about it, if powerade goes thru a dispersal draft (and they should, they should!) jimmy will be part of it and will, in all likelihood, end up in ros or air 21.

IMO, when powerade traded lassiter for guevarra, lordy and rabeh, powerade did come out empty. they got size now.
on kramer being traded, powerade has no choice since kramer wanted to be traded mainly because kramer wanted a 3 year guaranteed contract while powerade can only offer him one year.

signs do point out to powerade bowing out of pba. the kramer deal basically confirmed it. powerade only gives 1 year contract extension. thats why kramer wanted to be traded asap.
but i believe powerade will not really bare its lineup because it would make the market value very very low and that they would loose a lot of money because of that. with the addition of rabeh,lordy and guevarra. powerade is still good.
