a fourth San Miguel PBA team in the offing?

a fourth San Miguel PBA team in the offing?

from James Ty III tweet:

Barako Bull Energy Drink has been relaunched. It is available in 3 flavors and a bottle costs P10. Ginebra San Miguel is the distributor

rico deserves a new team anyway. he's still young enough nad his injuries were relatively minor. he could still play much better with the right system and coach.

Japeth for Enrico???

I don't know if this is acceptable for TnT. Not that I see Aguilar's stock as better than Villanueva but we have to understand the price that TnT had to pay in getting Aguilar's services. He was drafted as the top pick in the 2009 Rookie Draft by Burger King but was traded almost immediately to TnT for several future picks. In return, Aguilar went to SMART-Gilas, meaning TnT wasn't able to make full use of his services for two seasons. I won't even be surprised if there was cash considerations included in the consummation of this trade, but you know it was a hefty price that TnT paid.

The catch here is that Norman Black would now be handling TnT next season. Will that give Aguilar a new lease on life, now that he'll be under a certified big man's coach? Will he finally achieve the potential long sought for by basketball fans under Black's tutelage? It remains to be seen. But it would be more pragmatic for TnT to hold on to Aguilar for now and wait for Black to try resurrecting his career. The other side of the coin is that Aguilar still has a certain degree of marketabiltity today that makes him attractive to other PBA teams. If he flounders under Black, then his stock value will considerably drop.

aguilar for e-vill is doubtful. but its possible if we add another player or 2 or draft picks. let us remember though that aguilar's contract is expiring so tnt should trade him now or be ready to offer something that aguilar cannot refuse once he become a free agent.

plus, word is that ali peek will be retiring at the end of the season...

probably not gonna happen...imo tnt should rather wait for rico to become a free agent and sign him if they really want him in the team rather than trade one of their rotation guys.

For IBN people would the potential Yeo-Washington trade for Lassiter be a fair one already?
