Getting Slaughter at this point will be stupid. Just get a big man from the draft to replace Almazan. Heck get 2!
 
If Marcial is giving Arwind a relative slap on the wrist, he should also end Calvin's suspension. Its unfair to Calvin that Arwind isnt even suspended just because its the PBA finals.

They might trade Belga for Slaughter though based on trade rumors... Its an complete overhaul of the lineup, all players drafted by Yeng will now be gone.. Next is to install Gavina as the Head Coach, elevate Caloy as Team Manager or Board Governor status, para talagang completely new team. At present kasi with Caloy, he is a trying hard copy cat of Yeng Guaio...

I think Belga was never a Guiao draftee.

All of ROS 3 first round picks for next year is credited to Caloy. He has the trust of the team owners.

But he just sucks especially in ingame adjustments and Situational plays.... How many time did ROS able to collapse and squander a 20 point lead and lost...Last PhilCUp they lost to PF inspite leading by 16 going to the 4th, or this Commish CUp Semi losing to SMB after leading by 31 or lost to Vatang Pier inspite of leading 26 point going to the 4th

I never understood the hate on Caloy Garcia. It's not as if they have a stacked roster. He's doing a better job than YG at NLEX or even Black at Meralco IMO. I like how he integrates rookies in the rotation

true. slaughter for belga does not make any sense at all. ginebra should trade slaughter for abueva.
 
Greg’s days at the top are over, even Junemar is somewhat getting exposed defensively. Fwiw Caloy has an eye for talent and is good at developing them persobally think he’s done a better job than compton

Because he is losing winnable games by squandering big leads during high stakes playoffs games..

A change of scenery can do wonders for him, look at Tautuaa, Trollano and even Heruela. At GSM, due to changed from Purely triangle to hybrid triangle Run and Gun guard centered plays, his role in GSM has dimininshed, sort of 5th option (with Pringle and Tenerio trigger happy PG, kagiwa still ballhog). If properly used he can still score around 15points and grab12 rebs
 
If I were Ross i would pick a PF next draft and another SF (maybe 6’6 Statham) so Norwood can have a backup

Cant blame Compton. They have low budget. Theyve been giving away good players. You can only go so far with Banchero and Vic Manuel as your best players
