i think the concept is to just honor the fact that BWE has parks's draft rights. His real intent is to enter free agency and choose where/how much he will play for.

For one, I am glad parks is moving in this direction, as 1 possible endgame for this is the development of real free agency in the PBA. Obviously this is a lot of steps pa down the road, and hopefully parks can also be the right person to lead this process.

Right on point. Let's just hope that the PBA will see this development as progressive, while our up and coming stars should compliment this with stellar performances and give us fans a reason to pay for quality entertainment.

I would love to see our players scoring 50 points along with more Japeth Aguilar dunks and great crossovers like Romeo.

almazan traded to meralco for 2020 and 2021 first round pick.
not bad actually. there are good big men in the next draft.

And ROS disposes a recalcitrant, high-paid center effectively lowering their payroll by at least P420k. They also bring in two young bloods in the next 2 years with a collective salary still lower than Almazan's. ROS remains a young team who'll replace the likes of Gabe, Yap, Beau, etc. and join Torres, Dacquioag, Nambatac, Mocon, Ahanmisi, Rosales and Alejandro in their core for the next couple of seasons.

Meralco beefs up their interior significantly with Almazan's presence - a weak area that's been hurting the Bolts for a long time already. They didn't lose anyone as well, which means they retain a core of Almazan, Hodge, Dillinger, Amer and Newsome - quite competitive.

ros always get the best value in tradrs with mvp teams they got the no. 2 pick of meralco back then for jericho cruz they got onwubere torres and a frp and now for a disgruntled player they got two .

Good trade for ROS. Almazan might be one of the better bigmen in the league but he's a headcase.

MVP group now got 2 international Level serviceable bigs in Almazan and Erram. Plus Blatche and Go pkus Edu and Kai we have a good pool of bigs if ever SMC and PBA play hardball..

unless Almazan revert to his old ways he might be a tradebait for Parks

There is a paradigm shift on players mentality theses days. They seem try to project some kind of a control. May be it's a millennial thing. Hopefully, a positive development.

there could be many things that lead to the issue between caloy and raymond that we dont know. but i do hope he gets his shit straight for his own good.

he is a known pasaway during his letran days before he got his act together.
he seemed under control when yeng was ROS' coach and became pasaway again when caloy handled the team.

It seems a strict coach is the ideal coach for him and I don't think he would want to mess with black.

I know its new era but you can only go three way with Norman marlou aquino who was well used by Norman or become an omanzie rodriguez. Hopefully he can be the third one, yves dignadice..

He looks like had lost around 20-30lbs and fast enough during PNR. The long break did wonders foe him. Hope if gets a call up for Fiba World Cup...

you just want him to be healthy first, theres no issue how good greg is when healthy
