Pido can maximize a guy like Tautuaa the way he did with Nabong. The problem would be Nabong. I don't think they can coexist. Eventually one of them has to go.

Good problem to have for Pido though. Better to have this many bigs esp. against teams like Ginebra and SMB. The way I see this he could let Mo concentrate on offense and let the other bigs do the dirty work(Taha and Nabong). Hopefully Pringle and Tatuaa could develop into a tandem.

Would like to say that if Meralco agreed to the trade, TNT wouldn't have to let go of their two bigs. So they ruined the front court of the main MVP team. Thanks to Norman Black if it's true. hehehhe

Only Mo as big to be traded by tnt.. in return guinto..

What i meant was si mo lang the only big man that tnt will trade alongside a guard player.. because someone mentioned that TNT will get rid of 2 bigs..

As it stands, that's indeed the case; although, KWill is not getting any younger. Would KWill and Mo for Romeo and Guinto be alright? That will open a TNT rotation spot, because Guinto won't necessarily enter the rotation right away.

He does not fit well with Junemar. Romeo gives them a solid player to supercede cabagnot/ross.

Who are we to judge who fits well with Junemar and who doesn't, esp when there's very little sample size to arrive at such conclusion?

I think Stan can play alongside Junemar. He has a perimeter game to stretch the floor and is quick and agile for his size. What's your basis for concluding he is not a good fit?

because its havoc in pba if stan fits well with junmar but luttle did they knew that for the national team be successful they need to play together..

Havoc it will be. Stan doesn't need plays called out for him. I'm sure he wouldn't mind loitering at the weakside anticipating offensive rebounds, while Junemar does his usual job at the post. Guy is not egocentric, and neither is Junemar. I think there would be an adjustment period but I just don't see why they wouldn't click.

Worst case scenario that they don't, at least you have another quality big you could use off the bench. Quality guards (Romeo) are easier to come by than bigs as skilled as Stan.

It will be great for NT if Stan develops chemistry with JF similar to what JF has with Arwind.
Arwind gets a lot of hate but him recognizing JF as a franchise player even if he's an MVP himself played a huge factor in ending petronovela. His hi-lo passes and hitting 3pt shots from kick out made JF even harder to defend. Arwind is also a good help defender w/c complements JF weakness.

Stan has a lot of similarities to the skillset of arwind but with better IQ and at 6'8.

We can look at it this way but if Stan happens to play for another team JF and the NT will also benefit from it. JF badly needs competition to further up his game. I still believe JF is just half way thru his true potential.

"Para patas ang Trade Moala Tautaa, Anthony Semerad, and RR Garcia, and first round pick for Terrence Romeo and Brad Guinto. Remember hinde na po Commissioner si Cheato Narvasa. Kaya bawal na ang one sided trade."

That's imbalanced. Tautuaa and Garcia for Romeo and Guinto would be enough. Romeo doesn't have much to offer besides his scoring anyways.

Why would GP want Semerad and RR Back? Plus those guys fit better with TNT. No Romeo hogging all the shots.

What happened to Arnold Van Opstal? Have we seen the last of him? Was he still with GBP injury list?

Although, a player with that size and above average athleticism is still marketabke in Philippine basketball landscape. I will be more surprise if no teams got the interest on him if he was indeed released by GBP. If Ballesteros had made a career in the PBA ,for sure AVO can.have a long career albeit perhaps underwhelming.
