Tautuaa and Tamsi for Romeo and Guinto. TNT trying to pull a fast one here.

Too bad the deal got rejected. What's Globalport thinking? Who do you think TNT will give up? Pogoy? Semerad? Jericho Cruz?

Highly unlikely any of those 3 gets traded, even if it means having Romeo in return. I think they are too valuable in what they are trying to build. TNT badly needs toughness, both physically and mentally, and these 3 fits the bill.

Tautuaa plus a serviceable veteran and maybe to sweeten things up, a draft pick-- this might do.

Tautuaa plus RR Garcia or Ryan Reyes and a 2nd round draft pick

Nuyles is tradeable but this guy doesn't have any value. No different from the original package including Tamsi. Tamsi, Nuyles and Tautuaa doesn't match the value of Romeo and Guinto.

MVP camp should add another sister team to the trade otherwise it won't work.

if franz was the coach.. the mo romeo deal is a ho.erun.. but fir saje of fairness.. tnt add sweeteners.. but mo is an athletic big..and romeo is a guard who needs to get shots..n basketball pure sense shouldve been fair trade..

dun know what happened to Nuyles. i think he is very good and he can do better. did he have a sever injury or something? like brandon roy or derick rose injury? he has lots of potential.

That Adamson generation of Nuyles, Alvarez, Cabrera, Canada etc. were very good collegiate players who failed to establish themselves as pros. Their coach was Leo Austria.

yeah. so sad for him. he ended up a practice player for TNT and keep bouncing around. not even a decent shooter. such a waste.

So who is a decent guard or player from TNT for this deal to be decently fair?

Nuyles?

Sorry my post is so late (delayed reaction) not back reading pa..

Anyway i think Romeo going to TNT and Tuatuaa leaving is basically formality now

Probably now , we can include Tautuaa to the long list of former TNT bigman who blossomed after being jettisoned by TNT. Aguilar, Erram and even the rookie of Kia. Perhaps it's because of the SYSTEM, DRIBBLE DRIVE offense which is more ofba guard oriented offense. Ibwould not be surprise though if Tautuaa will eventually end up with Purefoods...By that time, SMC will have the four best bigmen above 6-7 in JF, Japs, GS and Mo while MVP teams has the Security Agency.

If adamson underachieve what about the uste guys before aljon and ferrer.. jeric yeng bounced around and lucky that he has showbiz lineage... jeric fortuna is gome n league ababou bounced around despite being a gilas mainstay

While the adamson giys are stiill featured in our leagues and in phil basketball today..

Mataas lang tumalon. Then he got injured and lost some of his athleticism. He was never the same player and never adjusted his game.

not sure but i think nuyles, ronald pascual and ababou all had acl injuries before entering pba

acl sounds devastating. which is why education is still important. you'll never know.

i remember back when he was in ROS he was scored 30+pts but now he cant even dribble himself out of a press. He needs his confidence back.

I don't agree with the trade committee not allowing this trade to push through. Tatuaa and Guinto are players that can be used immediately. They can contribute coming off the bench or as starters especially for teams in the lower bracket.

And besides Tatuaa still has a lot of potential left in him. With the right coach he can become a very good player. I think his potential is even higher than a young Jwash.

PBA oks gpbp sending romeo and guinto but they didn't ok TNT because of tamsi.. TNT must trade one of better player than tamsi and i can think of RR garcia.. that would make PBA ok that trade

Not speaking about previous coaches but Racela came from the FEU basketball program. FEU has a great tradition of developing stretch and mobile PFs and guards. But they don't have a good track record of developing centers. Even their import centers don't seem to have the development of other imports from La Salle or Ateneo. Ateneo has a good track record of developing centers. Racela should hire a good big man coach to help teach him about utilizing and developing good centers which he didn't have in FEU.

It's no surprise that Kelly Williams is doing well in his system. The guy is basically an SF who converted to PF. Pido can maximize a guy like Tautuaa the way he did with Nabong. The problem would be Nabong. I don't think they can coexist. Eventually one of them has to go.

That would be fair. Guinto is a decent big and was a decent starter for Kia. The same way RR can be a starter for a different team. RR has the shooting but is more disciplined than Romeo. He can be a more unselfish partner to Pringle.

That's offering the competition someone to match-up against your top gun. Junmar is better served playing alongside Stan rather than against him.

He does not fit well with Junemar. Romeo gives them a solid player to supercede cabagnot/ross.
