lol...tell that to amer, marcelo, and other players that developed with mvp teams in the amateurs and are thriving in d pba...

They thrived but somehow struggled along the way.. why the jackson corpuz will need one god.like performance.to enter the pba and will be out of job if.they struggled..

Si gabo solid for the last ten years kya nanibago nung hawakan ni yeng, ibang kaso si rabeh, kasi si rabeh ayaw bine baby saka tropa pa ni asi

nasa player yan...

i f mvp did something wrong, it was that they asked garvo to delay his pba stint up until mvp teams have d chance to draft him.

Pra kasing yun sweldo niya is same lng din if he played sa pba..

Si Ronald Pascual dapat ang magalit kay mvp..

but certainly not that high compared to what kiefer is getting now...allegedly.

on ronald, he was ravaged by injury even when he was with Baste so he waited to up his game before playing in d pba but did not materialized.

Age was the issue for.ronald he was.28 urs old with 40 year old knees, may tama na daw talaga bago mag pba.

yap...too bad. 2-handed dunks were easy for him during his early days in baste and pbl/d-league.

He was very good..

The thing is he tore his acl 3 times since hs and two in the same leg. He was a terrible defender. All he could do is shoot 3s and wide open dunks. I saw him shoot 20 something 3s in one game. He had no dribble and passing. You could say he's a poor mans Canaleta

Gabo was solid last season. Guess he couldnt adjust to Yengs coaching

Lanete is perfect for Norman Black. Black's more of a mentor-type who would guide his players closely. I'm crediting Black for the major transformation in Baser Amer's game - he has been very solid and is perhaps the most important local player at Meralco today. He'll also need his outside shooting to give his import, Alex Stepheson, the chance to frolic inside the paint.

for amer's drastic improvement i give credit to his assistants alapag and magsanoc.

I dont think its drastic, its just playing your game in hs, and college to the pro level..

i'd say drastic since his stats has been really good this season. i don't think its comparable to his HS days. as far as i remember he was a man among boys over there especially during his stellar senior year. hope he bulks up and continue to improve. he has shown to be a good leader too.

this maybe OT but where is nuyles? is he still playing in tnt? He was my fave college player back then aside from garcia

too bad he was really a good athletic player.probably got lazy and didn't work hard enough.

Yeng is probably the most patient coach in the pba. He gives players the chance no matter how bad or mediocre they are. If someone like Arana was able to play for Yeng, Nuyles could have done the same thing if he improved on even just one skill like his shooting.
